This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

Carmen's vacation home was perfect for our stay. We were able to accommodate our whole family. We had all the necessary appliances and more to provide a home like experience. Would definetly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's amazing house. Very beautiful, clean and well kept house inside and out. The pool is magnificent with it's design and the beach is very private and we enjoyed it a lot. Zoby was super helpful with everything from check in to check out. Anytime we had a question, she was always there to answer it and help in any way. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around as it's a little ways from town. There are places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you Nick, Zoby and crew for a fantastic time!

In a quiet corner of Caye Caulker. House is impeccable, yard is amazing and hosts are great. For the first timers, the trash leading up to the house may be off putting. It’s rough, but very humble, quiet, and friendly surroundings. Don’t worry about it. Water access is great. Having a set of bikes literally made the place worth 10 times as much. Kayaks were great too. The entire island is less than a 5 minute bike ride in any direction. We ran the bikes all over the place like it was home. I’d come back 1000 times. Family wants to move there..

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Michelle and Krystal are very kind and welcoming hosts. The AirBnB listing was quite comfortable felt and just like home from day 1. I’m grateful for my great experience in Belize thanks to them!

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

Casa Redonda was awesome! The golf cart ride into town is around 30 minutes, but the south part of the island was beautiful. The house had games, a pool, and a dock we walked out to every morning. It was perfect for our family trip! Barbara was so helpful during the entire planning process and answered all of my questions very promptly. Brian and Cynthia were the on-site caretakers and we're so helpful and nice. Brian even cut coconuts for us daily so we could have some coconut water. the house was everything you needed and it was great having the housekeeping service there each day. Thank you for a very enjoyable and memorable stay at Casa Redonda, looking forward to our return!

Micheal’s place is so quiet and peaceful. I will definitely recommend and I will be back to enjoy the pool and quiet vibe.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Magic Villas in December! Our villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we also very much enjoyed the pool. The location is absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Lorena and Robbie in the office were very accomodating any time we needed anything or had any questions. The restaurant on site, Peach on the Beach, had great food and service, and it was so nice to have it right there. The villas are a short walk to the split where we would catch a quick ferry to the south side of the island, but we were also offered complimentary golf cart rides to and from the split whenever we wanted. It really is a magical place, and I highly recommend it!

Logement un peu éloigné du centre, mais c'était dit dans l'annonce. Johnny est au petits soins pour ses hotes et tres bienveillant. Le dernier jour, le voiturier n'était pas au rendez-vous pour ramener nos valises et Johnny a pris son vehicule pour nous ramener au port. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de faire une excursion avec lui car nous avions un bébé avec nous mais je suis sûre que nous aurions passés une tres belle journée. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et les gens qui s'en occupent sont tout aussi importants que le site en lui même. Merci pour ces 4 jours.

Amazing stay Senel our boat Captain was the best amazing service so kind and helpful. Beautiful place quiet and serene.

Mary Alice (Chris’ wife) was so accommodating to our large group. Our reservations were right after hurricane Beryl was expected to hit Belize and they kept us in the loop of what could happen and how our stay might be affected. Thankfully it didn’t hit Belize. She arranged for golf carts to be waiting for us and for transportation from the water taxi to the house. She also gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat (and some to avoid). The location of the house was on the water and it was nice and breezy almost all the time - which was great because the breeze kept the mosquitos away. Whenever I had a question during our stay, she was super responsive and helpful. My family had a great time at the house - it was really our home away from home. When we were out we kept saying “when we get back home.” I would totally recommend Iguana House to anyone looking for a chill beach house vibe.

Nice place, very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend. Make sure you have mosquito repellent and we did see a crocodile at the dock next to ours.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Wait no longer! Book this place for your stay in San Pedro. The house and grounds are beyond what the photos show! Absolutely stunning home with a marvelous pool- perfect for relaxing in the shallow area or cooling off in the main pool. Views from the dock offer the best sunsets and place for quiet or gathering with your group. Take Neal up on meals delivered from his wife’s restaurant- we chose the lobster dinner for our arrival and were not disappointed. Neal even welcomed us to hop a ride on his boat to town! What an awesome first day. Our snorkel tour picked us up on the dock- make sure to arrange for that for any tours- saves you the ride to town. We enjoyed a second boat ride to Secret beach and a stop off at a private beach- we said to ourselves… who does that!!! Neal and Charmaine are the best air bnb hosts we have ever had- and this place is beyond what you can imagine. If we could give 10 stars we would. Look no further! This is where you want to stay!

This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

this place is amazing. We end up staying two extra days working with Janelle Torres made everything easy once I got there. Ellie was like a tour guide. when my cousin and I decided to go snorkeling, she set it up to where they came and picked us up at the house with the boat. I had a wonderful time staying there. The hospitality in the friendliness is impeccable. The island has so much to offer and me not knowing anything about the country or the place I was in working with Gineli and Eva made everything easy they made me feel safe. if you’re looking for a fun place to stay well equipped in furnished house and people who will take care of all your needs here it is. I am a super host and I was impressed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Casita & I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Giseli & her amazing fiance, who both picked us up from the water taxi dock. Their friendliness was evident from the start! Giseli went above & beyond helping us with golf cart rentals, fishing tours & eatery recommendations. What truly stood out was her genuine willingness to help with any request, she was always just a message away, ready to assist with anything needed which made our stay so comfortable & stress-free. The house itself is beautiful, easy to find, an upstairs balcony with a perfect view of the moon! The pics don't do it justice! The pups next door are such loving fur babies too! It was perfect for this single dad and his two young adult daughters! In summary, the hospitality provided by them makes this a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone coming to San Pedro!!!

We will return! Lovely home and very comfortable. Busy street but within walking distance to sea and everything! Our GPS messed us up getting from taxi to the Airbnb but that is nobody's fault. Online reservation processes asks for photo ID but photos of driver's license (front and back) were too large to download. Reservation cancelled but persisted and finally got confirmation. It was worth it.

It was amazing to be able to have a home to stay in while we were visiting Belize City. Ann Marie was such a wonderful host and was very thoughtful with the amenities. Everything was clean and very accessible. She was very careful to explain the property for us and we were so thankful to have such a great clean place to stay while we were visiting. Very close to downtown areas and the port for our excursions. She was thoughtful in recommendations for places to eat and just so kind. We would gladly stay again!

Awesome home! About 1 1/2- 2 minute walk to the beach. It has limited sand area, but is a lot more private. Secret Beach is directly across the island and has plenty of things to do and eat. I would suggest buying groceries at the store right after the bridge on your left when leaving San Pedro, has more to choose from and is a lot cleaner. There is another store closer to the house, but the options seemed less. Stock up on the first one and fill in as needed at the closer one. There is also a very small convenience store right behind the home, very limited but has a few things. Since golf carts are the standard mode of transportation, they were able to set that up as well. Of course on the departure day it rained pretty hard. Daniella was able to arrange a last minute cab ride and returned the cart for us. Thank you Jaime and Michael for a wonderful stay!
