This house is spacious and has all the amenities you could want! We loved how close it was to everything but still nestled away. Everyone was so helpful and kind- Sean, Nellie, Colleen and especially Krishan who connected us with a golf cart and made great recommendations!

Our first trip to San Pedro was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back at Lost at Sea!!The place was breathtaking! Our family had a blast walking out on the pier and searching for sea creatures. We saw all sorts of cool stuff! The location was perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Eva was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Very convenient location. And the well appointed house made for a comfortable stay for our group. We had three athletes and one couple on this trip and the house fit us all well with room to spread out. All four of the rooms had comfortable beds, cold ACs, and they supplied ample towels, pillows, and blankets. Nice big kitchen. Space to eat and lounge. The front and back veranda where lovely. And the washer and dryer was a plus. We will save this spot for future visits. Wonderful house and host.

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Elena and Dale are kind and accommodating hosts and have a very lovely space for their Airbnb. The room had all the amenities that I could want, a comfortable mattress, very convenient to small shops and grocery, and plenty of hot water. I certainly will return the next time I’m in town.

Lugar Al Mar Belize's place was perfect. It was as described and is definitely setup for short and long stays. I didn't need to purchase anything outside of food for my stay. It was setup with enough toiletries to last my entire stay and then some. Also had distilled water for use. The location was perfect, right by the water where you can take walks and is very close to restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. The owner(s) were VERY responsive when I had an issue with my key and any other time I needed something. I would definitely stay here again as I lacked nothing during my stay and enjoyed every minute of it.

Beautiful home with one of the best sunset views on the island. Cindy and Don were very accommodating, and very responsive. They live on site on the upper part of the home with their three friendly dogs. The dogs will bark at you, but they are sweethearts. The bike ride into town is a bit rough roads, and is pretty slow going after dark due to all the bumps. We personally found the bike ride enjoyable during the day. If you're not comfortable biking, do not stay here. The construction noise during the week was not too bad. We were able to take our afternoon siestas no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

My friend and I loved the Gumbo Limbo! Very charming, calm property. There’s direct access to the water/ a peaceful dock, but it’s still close enough to get to the busier part of town by walking or even quicker if you take the bikes they provide! The bikes actually turned out to be a huge plus because we took them across to the north island on the ferry and biked all around. The Gumbo Limbo is also super close to both the airport and the water taxi— when we left by plane, we just walked along the beach for about five minutes to get to the airport.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Hipolito's two adjoining units were just perfect for our group of 10 that spent 7 nights in Belize. The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water supplied. We felt very safe with the locking gates and fully fenced yard. We especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. Both units having a washer and dryer was super helpful for us as well, as we were in Belize doing humanitarian work and had lots of dirty/sweaty clothes! :) We had a little trouble getting into the units when we first arrived, due to having the wrong codes, but Hipolito was very responsive and reset the codes right away. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms one evening and he kindly came right over to unlock the door for us, even though it was almost 9pm. Hipolito is a great host and the property is lovely! We will definitely rebook again for our annual trips to Belize City!

Place was amazing, couldn’t of asked for anything better! Hot water, cold ac, tv, washer/dryer, everything was perfect. Ricky was super responsive, gave recommendations, and even let us check out late so we wouldn’t be waiting at the airport forever. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ricky again! If you’re looking for a really nice place to stay in Belize Ricky’s place was perfect!

Sandcastle is a true gem! We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and lush grounds, the convenient location, the comfortable bed, and the readily available bicycles, which we used every day. Israel's assistance with airport transportation was incredibly helpful. John and Susan made us feel completely at home. I would highly recommend booking Sandcastle. Thank you for your gracious hospitality to my husband and me!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Cariventa is gorgeous. If you want a lazy day the pool is perfect and the roof is a wonderful spot for the sunset. The fireflies were beautiful. Grab one of the bikes and go explore! So good. It is not in town but literally a 10 min bike into town. We spent ten days in Caye Caulker at Cariventa. 💯 would stay here again. Steffi was so proactive and her comprehensive knowledge and passion for the island was super helpful and definitely made our stay 💗. The beds are comfy, lots of space and storage but nicely appointed and everyone had a bit of space to ensure this holiday was lovely. Thanks Steffi! From Gillie, Christy and Felix

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

The rooftop patio was sublime. Great location. Close to both water taxi services. Walkable to convenience stores, nice restaurants and the split.

Tres Cocos was perfect in every way! The condo was clean and comfortable, the views were great and the customer service was absolutely stellar. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you to all the amazing staff 🙏

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
