We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

Beautiful home with one of the best sunset views on the island. Cindy and Don were very accommodating, and very responsive. They live on site on the upper part of the home with their three friendly dogs. The dogs will bark at you, but they are sweethearts. The bike ride into town is a bit rough roads, and is pretty slow going after dark due to all the bumps. We personally found the bike ride enjoyable during the day. If you're not comfortable biking, do not stay here. The construction noise during the week was not too bad. We were able to take our afternoon siestas no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Sue-Casa is perfect! It’s in a great location and the provided bikes make it easy to get anywhere on the island. The space is clean and tidy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check in & out was simple and Susan was very helpful with local recommendations. Would love to stay here again !

Right from the beginning Dora communicated with us on her own accord. She was proactive with her instructions on check in and locating her immaculate rental. She made check in a breeze. Upon opening the door we were amazed at how beautiful the furnishings were and how welcoming the atmosphere was. The bed linens and bathroom towels were brilliant white and soft. The king sized bed was just what we needed after a day of snorkeling. The bathroom had an incredible rain shower head, soap gel, conditioner, and shampoo. The room offered a large closet and safe. If you like to make a light breakfast or lunch the kitchen has all the utensils and plates you need and a great small fridge to store your pineapple juice and beers 🍺 Thanks again Dora for making our stay so easy and memorable. We would return to your place in a heart beat.

Place was amazing, couldn’t of asked for anything better! Hot water, cold ac, tv, washer/dryer, everything was perfect. Ricky was super responsive, gave recommendations, and even let us check out late so we wouldn’t be waiting at the airport forever. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ricky again! If you’re looking for a really nice place to stay in Belize Ricky’s place was perfect!

Gorgeous space on the water, lovely to look out on the ocean from the livingroom and to relax in the hammocks downstairs. An added bonus to be able to be picked up from the dock to go snorkeling!

This place was a great find! It's in a busier neighborhood just north of town over the bridge, and we loved the location since we traveled north most days. The unit has everything you should need with a comfortable bed, a kitchen, A/C units, and a huge shower. It was peaceful in the mornings looking out to the river while enjoying breakfast at home. It was a little noisey with the soccer/basketball court next door, but San Pedro has an active night life and I can't imagine many places would be very quiet unless you're tucked away in a resort. We didn't mind the noise and actually enjoyed the games next door and food stands all along the road, plus there's a grocery store and gas station right up the road. This place is so worth it if you don't want to be in a resort. Melissa was very responsive and gave great recommendations for places to visit on the island. Javier, who lives in the other unit, was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. Plus his dogs are adorable!

Wonderful place with great view! Highly recommended:) They were very accommodating with early check-in as we left our suitcases in the place while the nice cleaning lady was in there getting our room cleaned. Very clean place with a very comfy king bed! We were on the top floor and I liked that there was a gate to your room with a locked passcode on top of the stairs. Perfect location to walk around and the ice- cream shop was just behind us. Easily walkable so we only needed to rent a golf cart once. You will not be disappointed with this great place!

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

Our first trip to San Pedro was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back at Lost at Sea!!The place was breathtaking! Our family had a blast walking out on the pier and searching for sea creatures. We saw all sorts of cool stuff! The location was perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Eva was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

In a quiet corner of Caye Caulker. House is impeccable, yard is amazing and hosts are great. For the first timers, the trash leading up to the house may be off putting. It’s rough, but very humble, quiet, and friendly surroundings. Don’t worry about it. Water access is great. Having a set of bikes literally made the place worth 10 times as much. Kayaks were great too. The entire island is less than a 5 minute bike ride in any direction. We ran the bikes all over the place like it was home. I’d come back 1000 times. Family wants to move there..

This little house is among the top places I have ever rented. It’s the perfect size for 2 people, especially since we both had remote work we needed to do. The view from the bedroom and balcony was a balm to the soul. Having my morning tea or coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the neighbors bike to work or take a jog with the birds foraging for breakfast is something I wish I could do every day. It’s so peaceful at this end of the island, yet very easy to walk into town. There is a little restaurant just steps away, behind the airport, too, where we got a very good meal. If I come back to Caye Caulker I would stay here without another thought.

We had such an amazing time! You cannot beat the location as it is walkable to so many places and there is also a restaurant/bar right next door. Our host was extremely responsive and friendly. The place was actually even better in person than it was in the photos which was a nice surprise. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and there are 2 separate units on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms each. This actually worked out perfectly for our large party of 13. Thank you for making our first time in Belize an absolute amazing experience! We are already talking about going back!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

Front door lock would sometimes lock when door knob is turned or the door was shut. Told Office about issue. They seemed to know about the problem.

This was one of the very finest properties we’ve ever stayed at! Dora and I messaged months in advance of our arrival and by the time we arrived we were solid friends! It’s all as shown, even cuter in person with thoughtful decorations and even a foot wash for “Sandy Toes”!If we ever needed anything, most all was under the Sink (toilet paper) Fresh linens or towels just a request away and we had them delivered/ sheets changed. All we needed to do was message Dora and she responded soon as she was able to. Any recommendations for tours or restaurants was just a text away. Very comfortable, super clean Loved the Hammock each morning swaying in the warm salty breeze. Lily’s Treasure Chest restaurant was next door, but it was not a distraction, quite the contrary. Loved the music flowing and people watching. They were respectful not to be loud and it was super convenient to pop over for Breakfast or a Drink…Highly recommend for both!

Great place central to everything on the Island. Exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved the upstairs deck. Easy to check in, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great communications with the owner, super quick in responding. Super easy to find and short walk from the ferry terminals. Lovely sea views and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only downside was we didn’t stay long enough. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place. Very close to all things in the city of San Pedro. Enjoyed walking to restaurants. Close to snorkel companies.

We had a great new year's stay at Floyd's home, the home was very well maintained and spacious, kids enjoyed their separate space and the home had all the amenities in the kitchen, bath and to relax , the beach view from the patio was great, bathroom showers were spacious, it was great to have a locker in the bedroom , everything about the home was great, the building had a great restaurant so it was easy access during the rain. Silver picked us from the airport and he helped us book all the excursions during our stay including getting us a golf cart and trips to Hol Chan Marine reserve , he was very responsive and friendly and helped us a lot! Emilio helped us a lot at the Belize airport with our luggage and to transition to and fro the Tropic air for the local flight , he was readily available for all our questions. A great place to stay for a Belize - San Pedro vacation!!

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb. Clean, centrally located. Hosts were amazing!
