We stayed in Almond apartment for 6 nights and had a great stay. The view of the beach and Caribbean sea was beautiful, the apartment was really well equipped for self catering, the location was quiet yet walkable to all local amenities and restaurants, and Tricia was really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here while in Hopkins, I looked at various options and am so pleased we picked this apartment.

Grounds and apartment were well maintained and beautiful. Herbert and his wife were very friendly and helpful and did extra things for us like letting us use their clothes line. The futon in the living room made a comfortable place for my husband to sleep because of his bad back. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and near good restaurant and a bakery. One of the hotels on the beach let us use their pool and beach as long as we ordered food there. They even provided us with towels at no charge.

George is as accommodating and amiable host as one could want. There was not one request denied, and more always voluntarily offered in order to satisfy his guests. Casa Escalante is exceptionally well located - on a quiet (unpaved, and vulnerable to large pools of collected rainwater on occasions of heavy rain) side street, no more than 120 steps from the paved road system that now covers most of San Pedro. There are excellent restaurants on both sides of the house and a splendid one across the street, with four more within a seven minute walk. A well stocked supermarket, and two greengrocers are all even less distant. The seashore is around the corner and about a city block away. Could not ask for better location Excellent indoors as well, with comfortable bed in a nice room with walk-in closet. All very good, except: do not expect a comfy veranda w seating area in Unit 3C, as you might if you look at photos. Verandas only for 1 & 2.

Elena and Dale are kind and accommodating hosts and have a very lovely space for their Airbnb. The room had all the amenities that I could want, a comfortable mattress, very convenient to small shops and grocery, and plenty of hot water. I certainly will return the next time I’m in town.

This place was great! Perfect for those who are traveling on a budget and don't mind a small space. Definitely for no more than 2 travelers, but it was perfect for my friend and I for the week. For the price of staying in a hostel, but this apartment was much nicer, cleaner, and more private. It's located in central San Pedro, so it can be very noisy. We used ear plugs or headphones when we were trying to sleep if it was especially loud, but for the most part, it was fine! Ricky was a great host and he even gave us a ride back to the port on our last day so we didn't have to walk. He gave great restaurant recommendations and we tried almost all of them. Very central and walkable location. I would stay here again for sure! Super reasonable, clean, cozy, and very up to date inside, with new appliances, a great rain shower, and plenty of space to store luggage during your stay. The combined washer/dryer was also super helpful! Thanks for a great stay, Ricky!

This place was great! Very beautiful and modern. Close to downtown and in the middle of all the beach bars. Right by palapa and hurricanes (popular fun spots for day and night). Apartment was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. Felt safe. Only thing that they could do better was provide had soap in the bathroom And maybe shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise we have nothing bad to say about the place! Stay here!

We loved our stay at Sal’s place. The unit is a spacious studio with everything you need. The patio is big enough to do yoga on and it faces east overlooking the ocean with the morning sunrise peeking through the palms. Responsive host, which we greatly appreciated. Standout is the location, by far the best area to stay in Caye Caulker - walkable to the ferry (5-10 mins), the Split (5-10 mins) and the tarpon feeding dock (5 min). Superbly situated for great food, too, and you can rent bikes at a number of places nearby. Note that there is only hot water in the shower, but really that doesn’t matter as the water in the kitchen/bath faucet is neither too hot nor too cold. They provide a jug of drinking water as well, and replace as necessary. AC works well and it cools the place off quickly, even when you turn it off while you’re out of the unit. Two ceiling fans add circulation, wifi was good, bed was comfortable enough. Great value. We highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! We had a great visit! Candace, who was our host, was flexible when our flight changed and offered us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great location- loved the roof-top area for morning coffee!

What a beautiful villa! Seabird Villa 14 has the most spectacular sunsets! It is private and stunning while the architectural design is both simple and functional. We enjoyed all the suggestions from our private chef to our dive masters and found all exceeded our expectations. We hope to return for a month or longer next time.

This house is spacious and has all the amenities you could want! We loved how close it was to everything but still nestled away. Everyone was so helpful and kind- Sean, Nellie, Colleen and especially Krishan who connected us with a golf cart and made great recommendations!

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at La Vida Belize. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool, beach and dock were the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and didn’t mind the distance from the main area of Placencia. We rented a car and explored several areas in Belize during our stay. We used the guestbook for tips about the area and places to eat near Maya Beach. The grounds keepers were friendly and kept everything nice for us during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. During our week stay, some of the activities we were able to do included: snorkling with Captain Jak’s, visit the Bocawina Nation Park & Zip-line Adventure, fishing, a Monkey River tour and visit some Mayan Ruins. We also spent a good amount of time relaxing and reading on the beach or by the pool. We recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

AMAZING House! The linens, sheets and towels were high quality and clean. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and more including an insta-pot we used to make beans and rice. The views were unbelievable -sunset did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. My only FYI to share is two fold: we were there over their 'Labor-Day' holiday and the Lazy Lizard was rocking until well after midnight with loud bass. every other day was fine - just music in the background. But... on a party night, they definitely partied! We brought a noise maker that helped a lot. Also, because of this holiday, the little beach and pier (that is supposed to be private) was really busy with the locals. The kids were super sweet and we actually played with them a bit, but they have learned just to push hard on the pier gate and it opens.

Took some of my staff to San Pedro as a reward for great work... Place was the perfect home for us... close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet and enjoy the amazing pool.. Some Place South restaurant is in walking distance and has amazing food & drinks as well as live entertainment.. The new Hula Bar is even closer and was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

I’m writing a review because I rely heavily on reviews when choosing a place to stay. Casa de Bonita was wonderful for our family of 6. It may be important for some to know that 2 of the bedrooms are connected… meaning that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other.. this was not an issue for our family. The house is large with plenty of gathering space. The front porch right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view is dreamy. Access to the private dock for fishing or being picked up for diving, snorkeling or other excursions is super convenient. This property is about 20 -30 minutes north of the town. So if you’re looking for a more quiet , peaceful area this is for you. If you are looking for a place with more action , you will need to be further south, closer to the town. The hosts/ management is super responsive and helpful with anything you might need. No regrets here

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We stayed for 8 days at Palm Life and loved it. The unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Brad and Mark, the hosts, where on property at the same time and were very friendly during our stay. They were always ready to help us out with anything (fixing my bike basket - lol) and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Venzie is also extremely helpful and responds very quickly if there are any issues. We have to say that we really enjoyed the communal upper palapa and is a wonderful place to enjoy spectacular views over a coffee or glass of wine. We have stayed in Caye Caulker 3 times and loved being on the north side. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it Now.

Vincent was quick to respond with answers to my questions and offered suggestions when asked. Michael, who is the property manager, was friendly. He communicated well with us and responded quickly to a few needs we had. He ensured that we had the two bikes at the location reserved just for us but we really only needed them to explore the north side of the Island. It was a quick walk to the water taxi which was no issue other than having to pay to cross each time and it the last trip ends at 10:00 p.m. We bought a punch card which made it more cost effective. The view is fantastic and loved having a little more privacy than many of the other places on the Island. We would love to stay there again.

Front door lock would sometimes lock when door knob is turned or the door was shut. Told Office about issue. They seemed to know about the problem.

We loved our time at Sieri del Mal! The 3 bedroom home was incredibly spacious, and the deck outside was gigantic. The beds were quite comfortable, and we loved waking up to the ocean. Ratka was a wonderful host who communicated very well. She and her staff were so helpful and thoughtful (bringing fresh beach towels to your unit most days) The on-site pool was awesome, and we appreciated how easy it was to run between the ocean and pool. The local tour companies pick you up for water excursions right at Sieri del Mar's dock. We heard exactly zero noise from the ongoing restaurant construction. Highly recommend!!

We loved sitting on the porch or out on the pier having coffee, reading or watching the sunrise. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day out in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked with high quality cookware. The location was great for us, slightly away from town for a more peaceful stay but easy to get to most places. We were welcomed and felt right at home all week.

We had a great new year's stay at Floyd's home, the home was very well maintained and spacious, kids enjoyed their separate space and the home had all the amenities in the kitchen, bath and to relax , the beach view from the patio was great, bathroom showers were spacious, it was great to have a locker in the bedroom , everything about the home was great, the building had a great restaurant so it was easy access during the rain. Silver picked us from the airport and he helped us book all the excursions during our stay including getting us a golf cart and trips to Hol Chan Marine reserve , he was very responsive and friendly and helped us a lot! Emilio helped us a lot at the Belize airport with our luggage and to transition to and fro the Tropic air for the local flight , he was readily available for all our questions. A great place to stay for a Belize - San Pedro vacation!!

Close enough, but not too close to the main stream of San Pedro. A golf cart rental is advisable. Although the sargassum seaweed was plentiful, it did not stop our swimming and snorkeling from the pier! Juan Carlos was so helpful booking our excursions (and beachside massages!) which were amazing! Sunset Beach Resort is small and intimate and nice place to meet the folks around you. The view is spectacular, breeze ever-present and peaceful surroundings in all directions. Our stay WAS PERFECT and we will be back!!
