Bell : locations de vacances

Although I am personally not a country girl by any stretch of the imagination, my boyfriend ( whose birthday we were celebrating), loves this type of rural, private, ranch setting, so it really fit the bill. We appreciated the space, loved all the antiques furnishing the home, it was very comfortable in every room, yet had modern amenities like tv/movie channels, updated kitchen and baths, etc. The whole place was so peaceful and relaxing, from the back porch with rockers and small table for breakfast, to the long winding road with the horses behind the fence. Very unlike any other Airbnb we have tried before ( usually in a coastal setting) but we really enjoyed. The town of Micanopy was quaint and we loved visiting the antique and art shops there. We are not foodies, so were not bothered by lack of restaurants nearby and went to Gainesville for the birthday celebration to a wonderful steakhouse. All in all, a good choice for us… glad we made it.

We used the home for a fishing weekend,it is a long way to the end of the river from the dock. Other wise it is a realy nice home with plenty of room

Check in was very easy and Al was great about communicating. Very nice spacious place and comfortable for six people. Close to everything you need. Hope to be back in a couple of months.

We booked a last minute get a way weekend with Mary. She was so accommodating and great during the whole weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Very nice, clean, private and peaceful cabin surrounded by a beautiful nature .The best part is private access to Santa Fe river and you can also walk to 2 small springs- Mermaid and Jonathan Spring (just follow the path to the left from the back of the cabin upstream the river). Also Rum Island Spring right next to the property is great for swimming and Gilchrist Blue spring is a short distance paddling down the river. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

Beautiful home, with great back porch for viewing the canal to the Suwannee River. It was a great landing place for exploring all the various Springs and State parks in the area. The springs were beautiful this time of year and had manatees, alligators, jumping fish. There is a decent 32 mile bike trail that follows the old railroad. We couldn't find bikes to rent, so we purchased a couple from Walmart and then donated them to a church in the area to find a new home for them. We weren't there for fishing, but it would be a great spot to land a boat and head out to the river which is only 3-4 houses down the canal. There is an awesome bar & grill on the water on the river which you can walk to. Highway is close by for easy access to town, grocery stores, etc. Thanks so much for a lovely stay in your home. My husband took a week long cave diving course and decided to stay in a house as opposed to hotel. He found the property to be just what he needed, it was clean, private, centrally located to everything (groceries, restaurants, and the caves). It sort of felt like a home away from home after long days of diving. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone that was interested.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. Will definitely rent from Ami again. Property and location were great.
