Really nice location and well-appointed home. Had everything we needed for our biking weekend in Bella Vista. Will definitely be looking to book again when we head down next time.

Probably the best over all Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything was available at hand. Coffee filters, epsom salt, bbq sauce, wood for smoking/ fire pit. And an abundance of towels. Not cheap second hand towels. Thick plush cotton towels. The view off the back deck were incredible. Tim was very pleasant and accommodating. Make sure things were available for the kids. All in all a great experience

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place for our family and another family to stay at. Our kids absolutely loved the house and continually asked to come back when we were out doing other things. It had everything we needed and then some.

Jacob's place felt like home. It was clean, organized and had the perfect amount of character. The home was the perfect size for our family and had an amazing flat back yard (hard to find in Bella Vista) with great fire pit. The car port had a great lockable storage space for bikes since this area is known for mountain biking. He was very quick respond to any questions we had and is a 5-star host. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay! The house was amazingly nice, especially for the price paid. There was plenty of room, a game room, nice decor and comfortable furniture. Check in and out was a breeze. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we plan on staying again in the future!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway! The studio apartment had everything we needed, very clean, and had great decor! The hot tub was great with the beautiful surroundings!

Connie’s place was perfect for my little weekend getaway in Bentonville. Right by downtown for easy access to food, and coffee! She provided everything one could ask for in her space. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great time at Beverly's place! Close to lovely hiking/biking trails, only 10 minutes from the Amazeum and Crystal Bridges, and our son loved making s'mores in the firepit. Beverly was so welcoming and her place had lots of nice touches. We felt right at home!

This was the perfect place to stay during my visit to Bentonville! Everything was in walking or biking distance (whichever your preference!) and I felt immersed in the community. When I just wanted to relax, the Airbnb was a great place to watch a movie with my sister or just lounge in the bath.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Great little cabin with wonderful screened in porch. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and dish washer soap. Only enough for over night there. Loved the cabin though and would go back for sure. The porch was a life saver with two year old twin boys.

This was my first time at an Airbnb and I’m so very thankful that this was the first home because it was spectacular. All you need to do is just pack a bag everything else is there for you .My family‘s been going through a lot with my brother having terminal brain cancer so getting away for a weekend for myself was great. I took a good friend of mine from work who I consider consider my sister. She has an older adult son with autism who also needed to get away too. My dog scooter also enjoyed herself as well.She loved all the toys and the backyard. Thank you Staci for everything. Everything was right on spot and can’t wait to book another Airbnb with you. If you’re looking at booking this particular home, do it.

Kayla's place was just what we were looking for. My brothers and sister and their extended families had planned an outing in Bentonville to go mountain biking. All together we came from Texas and Wisconsin for a family get together and ended up renting 3 different AirBnBs. Kayla's house was by far the best of the bunch. The house was very well equipped and convenient to local attractions and restaurants. At one point we planned to cook out on the gas grill but found out that the propane tank couldn't be turned on. I texted Kayla and within an hour, she replaced the tank and saved the cookout. We would definitely stay there again even though my wife and I are not the prime demographic for mountain biking

Always a pleasure to stay here! Our first winter trip, and it was as nice as summertime. We stayed inside and enjoyed a cozy time together. It was clean and easy to find everything to settle in for the week. Host was always responsive, and worked with us due to inclement weather. The location is beautiful and secluded, and the perfect getaway!

Melanie and Mike have a awesome place their care for every detail concerning our stay was top notch and the beauty of the creek that the cabin is on even made it better definitely recommend!

Linda was so incredibly kind, understanding, and responsive! She made us feel right at home and taken care of. There were no surprises at all and we had such a peaceful stay.

We enjoyed our stay! A great location to bring our dog. Easy access to the lake was an added bonus.
