Very cozy atmosphere, walkable to various restaurants, private. Had a roll-a-bed that was super comfy! Washer and dryer was nice! You do hear footsteps above you, off and on, for this unit #2 and one night was quite loud, party loud, later in the evening, however was very attentive to move to another part of the house and calm the noise. My son keeps early sleeping hours and noise at 8:30pm was concerning- but owner made an effort to fix that. Last thing I would have liked the last night refunded since I did check out a day early - fair trade for an early check-in and use of the washer and dryer on two occasions 👍🏻 Would recommend

What a great place to stay! Perfect location with a coffee shop right outside the door! The apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. We fully appreciated our stay here.

Amazing place, close to everything! Just a bit expensive for a one night stay, which was on me. Other than that, everything was incredible!

I stayed at Todd's place on a business trip and it had everything I needed! It was walking distance to some coffee shops, cookie shops, cute stores and restaurants. I also loved the amenities like the gym and the pool looked amazing (although I didn't swim in it due to it being colder). The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was very cute and cozy! It had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch for my work days. Overall, would highly recommend staying at here!

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

I've not used AB&B a ton, but, the photos & description of the location, property and amenities drew me in and motivated me to give this property a try. The entire process was seamless in terms of access to unit, key lock box, parking, entry to unit etc. Once inside, I was treated to an entirely brand new one bedroom pad! The decor, coziness, and appeal were terrific. I even had a few questions for the owner and their response time was first rate. If you have a need to be in the Pinnacle area of Rogers, please give this property a try. The area is incredible...great restaurants at your finger tips, a coffee shop across the street which was bustling early AM (free WiFi) and an overall a rewarding experience. As a sales exec from NYC, I'm demanding and this place was terrific. Well done and look forward to staying with you all again in the coming weeks!!

A beautiful spot! So quiet and peaceful. And they provided everything we needed right down to laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Loved the tasteful decor and open floor plan. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great vacation!

This was a great place to spend Spring Break with 6 high school kids. They had lots of space, things to do, and enjoyed laying out on the "beach" behind the house. Sitting on the swing and 2nd level deck mid-morning was beautiful. We are most meals there, and the kitchen was sufficient for everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the massage chair, ping pong table and hot tub! It's just a hop skip and jump from Bentonville and activities there. We felt like everything was easily accessible. Also, we did a few waterfall hikes which were literally like 1 mile away from the house! Everything was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. K. Aurora goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! Will definitely see if this home is available on our next trip to Bentonville.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cyclopath. It is a beautiful home and is extremely spacious and clean. We enjoyed the deck and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were in town for a wedding and were just a few miles from the chapel. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. If I am ever back in Bella Vista, I will definitely look to see if this place is available. We loved it. Can't say enough good things about it!

A modern, comfy, centrally located home with plenty of bathrooms & showers to accommodate a bigger group. Decently outfitted kitchen to support cooking meals onsite. The condo is part of a townhome community, but still a feels fairly private, especially the fenced in outdoor space. Located in the garage, they’ve provided a few keys essentials for tending to your bikes; a bike repair stand, a pump and some small tidbits, like CO2 cartridges. We certainly did our part to keep the Airship coffee next door in business.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. Everything was perfect for our family. When our fights were cancelled due to weather, we were able to stay two additional nights. Thank you for helping us out!

Everything was nice and neat and clean for us

Allie was the best host I’ve worked with. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great trip despite some unfortunate weather. She gave us some recommendations for fun indoor activities with kids and even dropped off some toys to entertain our 3 yr old. Her rental is perfect for a family. Not having to worry about bringing a pack n play and having a high chair is so nice!
