This house was in the perfect location! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for going downtown and hitting all the trails. The house was great for our bigger family- we loved having the pull out couch and extra cot. Kids loved the hot tub and pool!

The only thing negative and it’s really not negative but I missed in the description that this was a 2 story home. More than half our group was 60 and over fortunately the stairs were not a problem for 2 of us. The two that could not climb them were accommodate well in the large bedroom downstairs. Beautiful home and a great location

What a great place to stay for our family! We enjoyed the clean, comfy space. It’s so close to town and all of the fun coffee shops, restaurants, and activities, yet feels more secluded with mature trees surrounding the house. The hot tub was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful experience w/ the Cohova team and property that we rented. Excellent customer service and the list of restaurants and attractions in the area was awesome!! We would stay w/ them again!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was decorated beautifully and so cozy. Desiree was very responsive. We needed to change our dates due to weather and Desiree was very accommodating.

The house was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to have our pup with us and the fully fenced yard was a bonus. Close to bike trails and a nice park with off leash areas for big and little dogs. Plenty of room for the family and having the garage for the bikes was great.

This was an incredible place to stay. We appreciate the little details, like John offering to get us something from Sam's as he was headed out to the luggage racks in the bedrooms.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful inside and we also loved spending time on the outdoor patio. The location couldn’t have been better. We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean space right off the boulevard. I was there for work, so I didn’t have time to do much in town, but definitely recommend this space if you need a nice quiet home to stay at.

Very centrally located! Exactly as described. Felt private and cozy. Wish we could’ve used fire pit but the weather did not cooperate unfortunately. Loved the record player and books and Nintendo. Overall great place!

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

The stay was great and the location was perfect. We have been having with loud hotel stays during volleyball tournaments and we decided to stay in a house instead. The house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and close to our playing location. Thanks for all the hospitality and sharing your home.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Heidi’s home was wonderful. It is in a beautiful area and very well set up.
