This place is wonderful!!! Well stocked for families, even has a high chair for little ones in the pantry, and a ton of board games in the hall closet. 3 rooms with a king, queen and twin beds. Big back yard for pets and kids to play, as well. Lots a room, well decorated and comfy furniture. Reasonably priced but I feel I got so much more for my money. If my daughter and her family come for Christmas next year, we will for sure be booking it again! Thank you Robin...you're the BEST!

Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. This place is great! Really close to downtown Bentonville, easy to walk to restaurants, plenty of things to do. Slaughter Pen is just a quick pedal and Coler Mtn is down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautifully decorated with a stylish mid-century modern aesthetic and was spotless upon arrival. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were soft and high-quality. We also appreciated the large garage, which was perfect for storing our bikes. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—highly recommend!

Host was great at communicating and making sure the place would meet our needs. She was kind. The place was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Great place to stay solo or for a couple. It’s cozy and bright with lots of natural light, with curtains to control it. Plenty of space to lounge or hang. Very soft bed. Apartment is private, doesn’t feel like it’s attached to the hosts place when you’re in it, so if you’re used to “entire homes” this is a great value!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

Quaint and quiet. Mike’s place is exactly what’s described. Love that it’s walkable to downtown Bentonville. Mike’s also responsive which made my stay very comfortable. I’d stay here again.

James and Linda are such great communicators, the place is gorgeous and the location is unbeatable.

This was the perfect place to stay during my visit to Bentonville! Everything was in walking or biking distance (whichever your preference!) and I felt immersed in the community. When I just wanted to relax, the Airbnb was a great place to watch a movie with my sister or just lounge in the bath.

Excellent location to explore Bentonville! Ride bikes right out the door to anywhere. Host's left the guests alone, but provided everything we needed. We have rented Air BnB many times in the area to ride each spring, this place was the best! Thank you

The layout was perfect for a trip with one of my co-workers. We each had a separate side of the condo for privacy and a comfortable shared area. It was very clean and is in a great location in Bentonville. Most of our meetings were in the Ledger building which was just across the street. Patrick was a great host and we’ll plan to stay with him again!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was amazing would 100% stay again perfect for a couple night stay. Be mindful that there isn’t a kitchen so bring food with that in mind!

The spot was perfect for me! Walking distance from work and everything that i wanted to visit was always 10-15 min away from me. Interiors were decorated beautifully and I had no trouble getting in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
