Diego was an amazing host. 100% the best room I’ve been to in DR. The room is exactly what it looks like in person.. if not BIGGER! Very cozy & clean when I walked in. I’m definitely only coming here when I return to Dominican Republic 🔥

Wir haben die Unterkunft schnell gefunden und der Zugang war wie beschrieben und einfach. Die Wohnung war in einem tadellosen Zustand und geräumig. Es war fast wie zu Hause. Die Gegend ist sehr geschäftig. Etwas Strassenlärm hat man schon. Restaurants sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

L'appartamento di Raiter è incantevole, in un quartiere sicuro e centrale nel distretto nazionale. Vicino alla Maximo Gomez e a 5 min a piedi dal parco Iberoamerica. L'appartamento è distribuito su due livelli ed ha tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Ho soggiornato li per due mesi e mi sono trovata molto bene. Raiter sempre molto disponibile e gentile!

What a stellar stay, I can’t wait to come back! Justin was the best host I’ve had in a while. He picked me up from the airport at a very reasonable fee and was so friendly. He also makes the yummiest hot sauce in the Dominican, IYKYK 😋 my room was very comfortable and secure. Bathroom was tidy, AC excellent, and WiFi strong! Thanks so much for everything!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—self-check-in was smooth, and the building staff was welcoming and professional. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern with a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony that offered breathtaking views of both the city and the ocean. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Santo Domingo’s most exclusive area, making it easy to walk to top restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. The building amenities were top-notch—I loved the rooftop pool with panoramic views and the well-equipped gym. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. Paola was an excellent host, always responsive and ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this apartment is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! 🔥🏙🌊

Felt super at home. Got there for a two week stay after a 24 hour long nightmare of a flight and was relieved to find refreshments and a snack. Had the essentials for someone to cook. Very close to areas for someone to visit and it had parking available. Awesome stay for 2 weeks for two people and a dog.

This gentleman understood the problem I had with the earlier b and b. He made sure that I had hot water!! It was life changing to be able to simply take a hot shower!! Great service and I had a chance to meet him at random walking the stairs , what a gentleman!! When I stay in this area , I am staying here! Everything worked!! Kitchen was equipped. Washer worked! Great place! Very comfortable and centrally located where the action is in Santo Domingo!

Oliver was a great host. Super responsive, & I stayed there for 2 weeks so he sent a maid to clean the place for free after a week. Great value for the price you pay if you're American/European. It has 24/7 private security + English-speaking concierge too, so you always feel at home.

Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

I had a fantastic stay! The place is absolutely wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. The place is beautiful and clean. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The hosts are responsive and the area is very safe. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Excelente lugar el apartamento muy hermoso y acogedor con una terraza jacuzzi BBQ y otras comodidades, súper limpio muy bien decorado, en la tienda del edificio la piscina es espectacular, realmente vale mucho la pena este alojamiento lo volvería a alquilar pues me encantó, muchas gracias a la anfitriona por estar siempre pendiente y responder rápido

The stay was amazing, everything perfectly matches the description. Just two blocks from the center of the Colonial Zone, it's a very safe area to walk around and explore. Mercida was super friendly and the communication was excellent.
