We recently had the pleasure of staying at this AirBnB and couldn't be happier with our experience. The place was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view, which added a special touch to our mornings and evenings. Everything was spotless and clean, making us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. This is a lovely spot, especially with a pet as they have a large secure garden and shaded parking walking distance to beach and lovely welcoming host and neighbours. Beautiful home with spa. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Leith went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was as pictured and easy to find. Leith's instructions were extremely clear and made check in super simple. Upon check out I dropped a shoe and Leith helped organise for me to pick it up with his cleaners. As I said above and beyond. Lovely and enjoyable stay

Denise’s place is great for a small family. With two young kids, there was plenty of room for all of us to stay without getting on top of each other. The heated pool and spa was brilliant - the kids were in the pool for HOURS each day - up until the communal areas were closed because of a lockdown. Even with lockdown in place, we were able to go for long walks along the beach, rock-hopping at low tide, and get takeaways and coffee from nearby cafes. Would happily stay here again! The perfect place in the perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for more, and Julie was very helpful and accommodating. If you want an amazing place right on the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, there is no better option in all of Kings Beach!

Stephen's place was the perfect homely stay we could have asked for. We had to book last minute as our long term accommodation move in date had been extended. Stephen was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house felt like a home and had everything we could have asked for: dog bed, high chair, kids table and chairs, toys galore and a very well equipped kitchen with a stocked fridge and pantry. The location was very close to The Great Western, making Grocery shopping easy. Overall it was the perfect accommodation with an amazing host.

Absolutely stunning property. Everything was perfect we had a great break there. Our pup loved the place, she played tennis, love meeting Mixie. Great hosts

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, which is situated in a fantastic location. It’s within easy walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some beautiful walking trails, making it perfect for nature lovers and beachgoers alike. The host was incredibly friendly, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The only downside we encountered was the additional charge for linen. Upon arrival, we had to put on all the bedsheets and pillowcases ourselves, which was a bit of an inconvenience after a long journey. It would have been more comfortable if the beds were prepared in advance. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor drawbacks. We would recommend this place for its great location and friendly host, but future guests should be aware of the linen arrangement.

This is our second time at Fiona’s place and definitely not our last time. Feels like home to us! Fiona is very easy going and always tries to meet our needs. Thank you very much Fiona!

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Firestation, it was a good size for us and the courtyard was great for the dogs. The gate lock box took a minute to figure out but was easy and convenient, same as the keypad lock. It was extremely rainy before and during our stay (and so a bit humid/musty as things get in such weather) but the aircon in the lounge took care of that quickly and efficiently, just on 'dry' setting. And leaving it on fan overnight kept the whole place a perfect temperature (being country dwellers we are not keen aircon people so that was a big win). The thick walls kept it quiet and it is in a quiet nook of the inner city area anyway. The car space is a little squeezy first go but our crosstrek managed fine after that. Heaps of dogs in the neighborhood so everywhere was very dog-friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Leonie went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect .. she even graciously gave us an extended checkout which helped us out enormously. There was absolutely nothing we needed that she didn't provide. Her accommodation is spotless . She generously provided croissants butter jams etc .. 2 differents yogurts blueberries .. eggs .. milk and all the condiments as well as selections of tea and coffee and cooking essentials. The kitchen crockery cutlery glasses etc were all gorgeous. The bathroom was also spotless with beautiful products and Leonie thought of everything from hairdryer to deodorant and toothpaste . to sunscreens .. amazzzing! It's also within walking distance to so many great restaurants .. we especially loved Vietnam House and the stunning dog friendly Victoria park is right there. All in all we wished we could have stayed forever! Thankyou so much Leonie you made our Xmas Extra Special .. we just hope we can rebook on future visits!🪷

Great place to base yourself when you're a Broncos or Dolphins fan. Easy to get to the city and especially Suncorp stadium. Host was awesome. Great communication and very understanding. Highly recommended! Hope we can stay for our next trip to see the Broncos!

Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. If your willing to walk a few flights of stairs it’s well worth the stay. The deck upstairs gets a lovely cross breeze and down stairs mostly gets a reasonable breeze. Both have a lovely view to headland. Having aircon to sleep in the back rooms is perfect. The little touches were appreciated and made it homely. Puzzles, cards, binoculars. Kitchen has all you need. Spent a week in this spacious, well equipped apartment and found it very comfortable. It is perfectly positioned for easy access to the South Bank and is only a 20 minute stroll to the city. There are some very good local restaurants with Julius & Chu The Phat our two favourites. Communication with Sandra was exceptionally good and she was very responsive to a couple of requests.

Wonderful stay in Southbank. Great location, close to great restaurants and the city. Big shout out to Hazel who welcomed us, such a lovely friendly lady.

Every visit to Lil's is a delight. Superb hospitality in a clean, quiet apartment in glorious gardens. Lil and Steven go above and beyond to make sure it is comfortable providing freshly baked bread, home made jams and beautiful honey. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it to Lil.

great spot, great view, disappointed we didn't stay longer. we will be back!
