AI have to say it's one of the best apartment i've never been since i started to use airbnb. It's in a central location, walking distance from the sea, clean and with all the confort you may need! Underground car parking included. Anastasia is very quick in reply and very helpful. I strongly recommend it!! Thank you Anastasia

Despite problems with our health, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing with very accurate photography. The surrounding area is peaceful, with good access to the train station. It is one of the most affordable and decent places we have found in the Romagna and we warmly recommend it to guests.

Recensione: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia, situato in una posizione davvero eccezionale, a pochi passi dal mare e nel pieno centro della città. L’appartamento è molto carino,fornito di tutta la biancheria necessaria e di accessori per la cucina, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente confortevole. Cinzia, la proprietaria, è stata molto disponibile e accogliente, assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto per noi. Inoltre, gli animali sono i benvenuti e si sentono a loro agio. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole in famiglia!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Marco. Wynajmowaliśmy apartament dwupokojowy z kuchnią. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej i przystanku autobusowego, blisko do kościoła, plaży, restauracji, sklepu. Spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, kuchnia wyposażona, dostępna pościel, ręczniki. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, jasne i precyzyjne instrukcje. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystkie dobre rady odnośnie sklepów i restauracji :) Dziękujemy za gościnę i mamy nadzieję, że do zobaczenia w przyszłości :)

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze twee kleine kinderen, hele vriendelijke host die ons graag wou helpen, super leuk centrum waar allerlei leuke activiteiten zijn en vlak bij het strand. Wasmachine aanwezig wat heel fijn is als je langer verblijft. Bedankt!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

La casa è molto bella con stanze ampie e una corte interna. Gli spazi sono comodi compreso il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro ma molto silenziosa la notte. Non abbiamo usato la cucina perché abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori ma è attrezzata. Un bagno molto spazioso, l'altro invece piccolo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. “Pasamos un fin de semana increíble en esta hermosa casa en Casanina. La casa es muy grande, espaciosa y decorada con mucho gusto, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda y acogedora. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la amabilidad y atención de la anfitriona, quien además nos sorprendió con un detalle maravilloso: un pan delicioso acompañado de vino y embutidos típicos de la zona, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. Sin duda, es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. ¡

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Super Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr sauber und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Mirko und jeder Zeit wieder

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte presso la loggia di SKAAUT, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa era esattamente come descritta, accogliente e ben tenuta. Nonostante il soggiorno breve, è stato tutto ottimo e confortevole. Consigliata per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e ben organizzato!

Η Ροχανα ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και κατατοπιστικη ,απαντησε πολυ γρηγορα στην διαθεσιμότητα του καταλύματος, επισης ο χωρος ηταν πολυ καθαρος και τα σκεπασματα και οι πετσετες μυριζαν φανταστικά!!!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Rimini! Die Wohnung war nicht nur schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieterin, die einfach großartig war. Sie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand mir während meines gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit für Fragen oder Anliegen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an unkompliziert und sie hat alles getan, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um Rimini zu erkunden, und auch die Nähe zum Strand ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

El lugar es encantador. Las vistas formidables y el departamento muy lindo. Los anfitriones son sumamente amables y atentos, la atención es personalizada y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Alojamiento sumamente recomendado!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!
