Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This place is absolutely stunning. Each light fixture is a piece of art. It is just a short walk to the ocean and about a 20 minute walk to the pier. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind. We had some issues on our arrival and we later than anticipated and he was very understanding and accommodating.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, arredato con cura e con grande attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Situato in borgo storico in un contesto veramente tranquillo e rilassante. Nelle immediate vicinanze la presenza si trovano ristoranti e bar di ottima qualità e per accedere al centro storico di Rimini è sufficiente attraversare l'adiacente Ponte Tiberio. Tutto a portata di mano senza toccare la macchina. Apprezzatissima la cortese e attenta presenza e disponibilità di Grazia sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra domanda e curiosità riguardo alla pianificazione della nostra vacanza. Noi ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Die Lage war hervorragend, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe verschiedener Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Empfehlungen für zukünftige Gäste: Essen: Pizza: Trucolo Hamburger: Arde Gelato: Puro & Bio Cervia (absolutes Highlight!) Aktivitäten: Besuch im Beach Club Sonnenaufgang und Ebbe am Molo di Ponente Cervia Mirabilandia Freizeitpark Passo delle Streghe in San Marino Italia in Miniatura Arbeiten in den Salinen am Dienstag Nützliche Tipps: Anti-Mücken-Spray: Unbedingt mitbringen, da abends einige Mücken unterwegs sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Ein Besuch im Coop Supermarkt lohnt sich für ein leckeres Frühstück. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch und wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung von Monika und Christoph sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, viel Platz und extrem sauber! Super Lage direkt neben der schönen Altstadt und einem kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Monika und Christoph immer erreichbar und extrem freundlich. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Haus ist in einem gute Lage. Zu Fuß 25-35 Minuten weit weg von Strände. Nicoletta war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen. Nur Wasserdruck in obere Badezimmer war nicht genug. Sonst alles war echt super. Vielen lieben Dank Nicoletta für deine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Tirol Engin

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, direkt beim arco di augusto und somit sehr nah an der stadt gelegen, ca 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Man konnte dort zu fuss alles sehr schnell erreichen. Auch ist der parco alcide cervi direkt vor der haustür. Das war perfekt für unseren Hund. Dem park folgend erreichte man den Strand und die Promenade. Zu fuss waren es zum Strand etwa 20 minuten. Die unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat. Die terasse war umzäunt (perfekt für einen hund). Eine apotheke, restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in höchstens 5 min abstand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family
