Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

la casa risponde esattamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Buona posizione, 1 minuto dal lungomare di Rivabella, a soli 5 min di auto dal centro storico di Rimini ed altrettanti dal lungomare di Rimini. ottima posizione per gite nell'entroterra riminese.

Tolle Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Check-in war einfach dank der zugeschickten Videos. Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir würden gern wiederkommen

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

It was by far the easiest check-in we have ever had. Since a hotel staff checks you in its a bit like staying in a hotel with the beauty of having a 2 story unit with underground parking. We pulled right into the parking garage ($15 Euro extra but worth it.). A breakfast was available to purchase in the morning but we left very early. Very CLEAN place.

Alloggio carino, pulito e ben arredato. Il parcheggio non era all’interno della struttura come descritto (a causa probabilmente di lavori) ma comunque a disposizione c’era un parcheggio a pochi metri di distanza.

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war war wunderbar. Alles gut zu erreichen. Das Programm und die Speisen in der Bar/Restaurant war auch prima, freundlich und gut gewählt. Das Auto war sicher geparkt. Vielen Dank und alles Gute für Alle.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

L'appartamento è proprio di fronte al mare, con posto auto all'interno. Comodissimo, spazioso e con tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno. Perfetto per soggiorni business ma anche per soggiorni stagionali. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l’appartamento della signora Maria per 4 giorni, ci siamo trovate veramente molto bene, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto anche un inconveniente con l’auto che ci è stata rimossa dal parcheggio in cui l’avevamo lasciata e la proprietaria si è data disponibile da subito ad accompagnarci con la sua auto a prenderla al deposito che distava diversi chilometri dalla struttura. Ringraziamo tanto la proprietaria e tutto il suo staff e sicuramente se torneremo a Riccione alloggeremo ancora qui! Super consigliato!!!!

Appartamento in posizione ideale! Fronte porto, con vista spettacolare. Non è la prima volta e non sarà neanche l’ultima, anzi appena possiamo ci rifugiamo in questo nido! Grazie Stefano!

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Loretta var lätt att komma i kontakt med före och under vår vistelse. Lägenheten låg i ett lugnt område och det var tyst i huset. Modern inredning och välfungerande funktion med undantag av kyl som var lite för varm. Vi rekomenderar varmt Cervia och denna lägenheten!

Ortensia's Airbnb is ideal for anyone looking to visit Rimini. It is close to a lot of restaurants and extremely close to the beach. Its basically on the beach. Ortensia was very helpful if I had any questions and was willing to stop by when I couldn't find something that I missed, though someone else probably would have been able to find it. The unit is a good size for 2 people even though I was there solo. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked great. The unit is in a private gated area which made me feel safe, though Rimini itself is very safe and I never felt uncomfortable.

Manuela is a very kind person and a great host. Location is great, walkable, close to the beach, restaurants, stores, somewhat noisy from the hotels nearby, but its personal prefernce, close and more loud or further and more quiet. We were ok with the level of noice, but enjoyed proximity to spiaggia libera ( 3 total neaby) and food. Beds are comfortable, the 4th one which is foldable is less comfortable, I'd say ok. Manuela is very helpful, from responding to our question's and requests to giving recommendations regarding local places to visit. We enjoyed our stay in this sweet sea home.

Ci ha accolto calorosamente Silvia in un appartamento luminoso di una delle pochissime case private con affaccio diretto sul mare: l'ampio balcone offre un panorama unico che spazia da San Marino a Porto Garibaldi. Abbiamo fatto una bellissima esperienza con la famiglia, anche in un periodo giá fuori stagione. Da consigliarsi anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli.
