Alloggio bellissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che con il nostro arrivo Giulia l’host ci aveva preparato un dolce di benvenuto. Alloggio molto molto pulito e curato. Bagno pulito ed in ottimo stato. Casa favolosa. Posizione ottima con super market raggiungibile a piedi come la pizzeria ed il sushi. Host super gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere! Grazie per questa vacanza 🥰

Uno dei migliori alloggi in cui ho pernottato. Casa molto curata e in ordine. Fornita di tutto. Si trova in pieno centro storico in zona pedonale ma con parcheggio molto comodo. Cristiano e Sara molto gentili e disponibili. molto consigliato

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto come da descrizione. Ampia scelta e disponibilità per la colazione, molto sopra la media. Zona tranquilla, vicina al centro, e con parcheggio gratuito in strada. Marianna e marito molto gentili e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato!

lovely place with 3 bedrooms and room for 7 in total. large apartment overall and plenty space in kitchen lovely views, quiet location and perfect placed for Misano circuit. only downsides are the electric plugs are some old design, and modern adapters didn't work, lucky the owner had installed a couple weeks could use great stay, lovely restaurants nearby by car, nothing is walkable

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days. It was very spacious and we loved having the 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. There are some very good restaurants around here and very friendly people. Francesca met us outside the house and answered any questions we had. The train was only a 15 minute walk and we had a private driveway for parking our car. Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Silvia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, beantwortet Fragen und kommt auch vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, alles geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

L’alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a circa 10 /15 minuti dalle maggiori attrattive turistiche . Condominio silenzioso e riservato. Sulla strada è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente e lasciare l’auto tutto il giorno per procedere con la visita al centro storico. all’arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria che ha dimostrato piena disponibilità anche nel fornirci indicazioni su eventuali ristoranti / pasticcerie… La cucina è attrezzata con bollitore, macchinetta del caffè con le cialde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice … tutto l’alloggio è arredato in maniera maniera semplice e funzionale. La biancheria pulita e profumata.

Letizia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ihre Unterkunft befindet sich in einem idyllisch gelegenen Anwesen, ist großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang stand mir ebenso zur Verfügung, wie eine Fernbedienung für das elektronischen Rolltor. Dank der umfangreichen Ausstattung fehlte es mir an nichts und ich habe mich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Letizias warmherziger Empfang bestand darin mir einen frisch gebackenen traditionellen „Ciambella“-Kuchen bereitzustellen. Eine schöne Geste die ich sehr zu schätzen weiß! Grazie di cuore e tanti auguri!

the listing: I stayed for around two weeks at this place. It is directly on a street and ground level so you can hear the cars passing in the evening with open windows but since the windows are fenced and there are blinds, this was no big issue for me. the neighborhood also felt secure. other than the occasional car and the garbage collection, it is very quiet. the place is very clean. since i stayed longer, i also cooked and washed cloths. everything works perfectly. you have everything you need provided, even if you plan a longer stay. the center square is around 10 min by foot. the host: massimo is a great, great host. he provided me with everything i needed, even if it's not listed in the listing or strictly required. he answers very quickly and is very helpful, even at late hours. he is very friendly and nice to talk to. thank you again for everything! will definitely come back here, should i come to forli again.

L alloggio ha superato le aspettative, hosts gentilissimi cordiali e disponibili, colazione davvero molto fornita.

Accueil très sympathique malgré l’heure tardive. Animaux bien acceptés même si ma chienne un peu imposante a pu inquiéter Elisa. Calme et beau panorama à l’aube. Petit déjeuner correct compris. Excellente adresse.

L'alloggio era fantastico, pulito. L'host è stato gentile e cordiale. Molto soddisfatta e lo consiglierei sicuramente. Soggiornerò sicuramente qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Rimini. Ringrazio a Salvatore per la sua disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia. Il mio soggiorno a Rimini è riuscito e sono felice di questa vacanza!

Il soggiorno da Lorenzo è stato eccellente. Riporto il commento di mia figlia molto esaustivo. "é stato un piacere entrare in quella casa dove ogni cosa è al suo posto con gusto, ti accoglie e ti coccola." La nostra camera era semplice ma molto pulita e grande; si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti a piedi e a qualche minuto c’è un posteggio dal costo irrisorio. Gabriele molto cortese e disponibile. Dovessimo ritornare a Ravenna prenoteremmo ancora volentieri.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!
