Bellaria - Igea Marina : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

Con mio marito e la nostra cagnolina abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di fine anno. La signora Miriam è stata favolosa, ci ha accolti veramente come se fossimo a casa, avendo attenzioni anche per la nostra canina. Anche il contatto telefonico con i figli è stato ottimo. L'appartamento è come in foto, la quiete regna sovrana, immerso in un bellissimo giardino. Ben collegato e in ottima posizione per molti posti interessanti da visitare anche in inverno. Un posto in cui ritornare, lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo week end fra le colline. La casa é appena stata rinnovata con molto gusto e attenzione nei particolari. Siamo arrivati tardi ma Anna ci ha aspettato e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. Il posto é davvero tranquillissimo. Spero di tornarci anche per fare un week end al mare

das Apartment war genau nach unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen. wir waren hier mit unseren Kindern (4 und 5 Jahre). dank des Pools war auch die Entfernung zum Meer perfekt, ca. 25min mit dem Auto. wir haben z.b. den vormittags am Meer verbracht und den Tag am Pool. der perfekte Tag. in der Ortschaft gibt es noch eine Pizzeria die ebenfalls sehr gut ist. das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist die ruhige Lage. Marco ist ebenfalls ein sehr guter Gastgeber. er reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen und gibt gerne auch Tipps weiter. würden wir wieder bei Marco unseren Urlaub verbringen? Ja sofort. danke Marco

Posto meraviglioso - molto vicino al mare. Al piano di sotto c'è una caffetteria dove si può fare una bella colazione. L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, infatti, anche meglio che nella foto. C'è tutto il necessario, tra cui anche un detersivo per il bucato e capsule di caffè. Molto soddisfatto del fatto che in cucina ci aspettavamo un grande panino dolce: -) Grazie mille Angela! Lo consiglio! vieni ad Angela con i bambini e avrai una vacanza meravigliosa!

This was a lovely apartment, and Kevin, the host, made was super communicative and helpful. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all well-appointed and spotlessly clean. If you want easy access to the train station or the historicl sights in Rimini (e.g. the Bridge of Tiberius, the House of the Surgeon, the Tempio Malatestiano) this is a great location. We ate well in restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk from here. When we had questions and complications with our itinerary, Kevin really helped us out. Staying here made us really appreciate Rimini, and glad we added it to our vacation.

Simone si è dimostrato fin da subito molto premuroso con noi. L'alloggio è veramente molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort ed è collocato in una posizione tranquilla. Sicuramente è una esperienza da rifare!

Stare nella splendida casa di Gisella e Roberto è stato un piacevole momento di relax e vita familiare. Abbiamo potuto giocare in piscina, chiacchierare negli spazi ben allestiti esterni, fare pranzi e cene in uno spazio organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio e confort. La casa era molto pulita e aveva spazi molto ben strutturati e tutto l' occorrente per un soggiorno comodo e di gran qualità. I padroni di casa sono stati piacevoli, accoglienti e pieni di attenzioni, ci hanno dato indicazioni utili su ottimi posti dove assaggiare del buono cibo e si sono resi disponibili per ogni richiesta fatta. Consigliamo come ottimo posto per vivere il territorio immersi nelle colline marchigiane.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert, und die Sauberkeit des Hauses war makellos. Besonders der grosszügige und komplett eingezäunte Aussenbereich war ein Highlight – unsere beiden Hunde konnten dort nach Herzenslust herumtollen. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten der Marken und Emilia-Romagna zu geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco, Mariaelena und dem gesamten Team verlief reibungslos und effizient. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Wir sind auf dem Weg Richtung Bari bei Camilla zum Zwischenstopp gewesen. Es lohnt sich total dort einen Stopp zu machen und das kleine Santarcangelo anzuschauen. Danke für den Tipp bei der Trattoria il Merlo. Danke für das nette Zusammensitzen in deiner schönen Küche.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Enrico e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi , appartamento vicinissimo al mare e al centro di Cesenatico. Super consigliato anche se avete amici a 4 zampe!

L'appartamento è proprio di fronte al mare, con posto auto all'interno. Comodissimo, spazioso e con tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno. Perfetto per soggiorni business ma anche per soggiorni stagionali. Consigliatissimo!

The best experience of renting a flat I've ever had! Beautiful, cozy, and clean flat. Very friendly and helpful owner! Nice neighbours. The location is excellent: very close to the main square, within walking distance to the train station. It's very quiet in the building.

Una padrona di casa esemplare, premurosa e veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è molto bello, grande e fornito di un ottima cucina. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo!

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato decisamente confortevole. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo per 8 persone. C'è solo un bagno, che forse per 8 è poco, ma alla fine non è stato disagevole con un po' di organizzazione. Trovare parcheggio nel quartiere non è mai stato un problema, ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la comodità nel raggiungere il centro di Rimini, la stazione o il mare in 15 minuti a piedi. Franco è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglio e raccomando.
