The house is large, the utilities extensive, the view magnificent. The outdoor entertainment viewing area and the automatic screens are all impressive. The kitchen, food prep area is impressive all the electricals are top quality. The fridge, stove top, oven and microwave are all adult size. The location is perfect for a run down to Port Arthur, without having to stay in the more expensive options down there. Also allows a good run into Hobart.

Debbie’s home was beautifully presented, well stocked and spotlessly clean. With breathtaking views and just a minute from the beach, The Meeting Place was all it promised and more. Peaceful and private, fantastic fire pit and lovely slow combustion heater, great kitchen and lovely deck looking towards 'the Mainland'. Great BBQ. Lots of birds and mammals. Easy access to beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved how close and walkable the beach was—it made for the perfect getaway. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quite hot on our first night, and we foolishly didn’t turn on the aircon—but once we did, it quickly cooled down the place. We’d definitely recommend using it when it’s warm! Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d love to return.

Amazing warm and homely! Helen was so very kind and lovely to chat with, super host! Her kitchen was a dream to cook in, too sitting on the deck too being cozy with the fireplace was magic! You will be very impressed and won’t want to leave! I’ll be back for sure!

Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

Jason was a fantastic host. Great communication and went above and beyond to supply things for the stay. A beautiful clean house with great views and activities for everyone in the family. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed in. My toddler son had the best time in the pool, playground and especially talking to the chickens. Julie was an amazing host will definitely stay there again on future visits.

Had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed to use during our stay. The kids loved the pool and having some floatation toys readily available to use was a much enjoyed bonus! Hubby and I enjoyed sitting outside once the kids were settled in bed to enjoy a drink and the view. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing stay, house is fantastic, impressive windows with views as soon as you walk through the front door, and only gets better as you see the rest of the house. South Arm is a really relaxing location. Nice walk down to the beach through the back gate for a swim and the nearby cafe (Touch of the Mo) did a great coffee and brekkie. Also a little general store which was handy for bits and pieces. Hope Beach only a short drive for some waves and views of Iron Pot lighthouse. Hot tub was a nice way to finish the day, views from the living area and main bedroom were great. Would definitely stay again!

We were a party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 5 and 9) and everyone had a wonderful time. The kids loved the easy beach access and the house was very well appointed for meals and comfortable sleeping. We had such a good time that we can't wait to be back...!!

Deborah was an incredible super host. Communication was great right from the initial booking. Going the extra mile her home was welcoming with fresh bread, nibbles and chocolates - what more do you need! The beachfront location was breathtaking and spacious to accommodate for all the guests. I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. A fantastic location right on the beach. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a well-designed layout, plenty of areas to chill out, and ample storage space for a longer term stay. We also enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was so relaxing to go for walks on the beach and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves. It’s well worth stopping at a larger supermarket before you get there to stock up with any food or other supplies you might need, so you can maximise your peaceful and relaxing stay.
