Very cute little apartment, exactly like the photos. Really liked the simple decor and wooden floors and doors. The apartment was really clean with big windows that flooded the rooms with light. External stairs and foyers were spotless and very well maintained and it was great that there was a lift. Neighbours in the building were helpful and friendly! Loved the area which is charming and has a real neighbourhood feel with lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants. Metro station is just minutes away and you can walk to Le Marais in 30mins. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again!

We had a great stay! We loved the apartment - lots of space and felt very Parisian. Very close to Gare du Nord for easy access to all the sights. We felt totally safe walking in and out with kids at night, just stuck to the busy streets. Mina was very flexible with check in for us which was very helpful - thank you 😊

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Magnifique et spacieux appartement en duplex. La décoration est hyper cosy et avec les poutres apparentes on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un petit cocon parisien. Merci à l'hôte pour accueil chaleureux. On reviendra avec plaisir et nous le recommandons pour un séjour parisien dans le marais !

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Thank you, Marie!

The area has many supermarkets and bakeries near by. Restaurants and fastfood too. We found a food market in the weekend which was a fun finding. We didnt shop in Clichy, so I cant say if its possible. The metro is within walking distance. A park is near by too. Vincent has been very helpful from day one of our stay. The apartment has lots of high rated reviews which gave me high expectations. It is a good apartment but it do need some attention here and there. I mentioned it to Vincent. If you got bad knees or hips problems then this apartment is not for you. There are 110'ish steps of stairs. Outside the apartment there is a school. You are probably not even in the apartment most of the day but out adventuring so who cares. The bed is not soft but hard which is good if your weight is average or above. +dark mode curtains, +tv in bedroom, +big bed, +kitchen, +small balcony and sunlight flow, + silent neighbours, - closet space. We didnt unpack but didnt mind.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze mooie Airbnb. Het appartement heeft een prachtig interieur en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De sauna en jacuzzi zijn echt fantastisch. De host is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel, ook waren de instructies voor het in/uitchecken erg duidelijk. Het bed is super comfortabel en ruim. Fijn ontvangst met flesjes water, verse jus d’orange en veel soorten zoete (ontbijt) snacks en lekkere koffie. De Airbnb heeft goede beveiliging en geeft een veilig gevoel. Het appartement biedt heerlijke rust tijdens een citytrip naar Parijs. Houd er wel rekening mee dat sommige plekken in Parijs +30/40 minuten met het openbaar vervoer zijn. Ik zou dit appartement absoluut aanraden voor een fijne en ontspannen get a away.

Logement tres pratique, tres bien agencé, avec un grand bureau pour travailler. Je le précise car c'est rare d'avoir un grand bureau dans les airbnb de nos jours. Max et sa maman sont toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Ka, encore, ca change, des Airbnb qui sont plus que des produits loués par des entreprises. Excellent lit. Avec de vrai lampes de chevet. Whay else ? Je vous le recommande

What a perfect airbnb for my wife and I. The space is nestled in a beautiful apartment building that has windows opening to the street below. While in a busy area of the city, the street is cozy and feels like a little locals pocket in the community. The location is next to so many amazing bars/restaurants only a block away. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Caroline was accommodating and let us check in almost 5 hours early! As well as check out late. 10/10 would stay again.

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

Amazing hotel, spotless clean and very comfy. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the shower is really advanced. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️

The location is great! It’s on a quiet street with a lot restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and Stephane is very responsive and helpful.

Acogedor y muy bien ubicado cerca a 2 estaciones de tren, Arthur muy considerado para que la estancia sea agradable.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement à la décoration très soignée. Très belles prestations, bon équipement, emplacement idéal pour visiter, nombreux bons restaurants aux pieds de l’immeuble. Service hôtelier impeccable (ménage, changement de linge…), et excellente réactivité de l’hôte! Tout était parfait. Nous avons déjà réservé pour nos prochaines vacances!

Tudo correu bem, anfitrião atencioso e disponível. Local muito bem localizado, próximo a tudo. Único detalhe é o cheiro de mofo no ambiente, isso me deu um pouco de alergia, mas entendo que as condições do clima e a posição solar não ajudaram muito. Situação que fica fora do alcance do anfitriã resolver, mas registrando aqui pq se o hóspede tem problema alérgico, sentirá.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sophie responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. The walk to the metro was no issue. Since the city is so large and you need to take the metro to get to most places anyway the location was just as good to us as being in the center. Especially considering the metro comes every four minutes. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and would choose this accommodation again!

Appartement magnifique ,décoré avec beaucoup de goût ,on s’y sent chez soi dès que l’on y met les pieds. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont de qualité, la détente est assurée . L’endroit est situé dans un endroit calme et paisible. Je tiens à dire également que l’hôte est vraiment très agréable et réactif. Je recommande fortement cet endroit

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

Nous avons passé un nuit très agréable, Emmanuelle est très réactif et les instructions sont claires, les photos correspondent à la réalité je reviendrai sans hésiter !
