We love staying at Schuit’s place! It’s easily one of our most favorite airbnbs. The house is amazing for little ones and families. Lots of room and the backyard is amazing. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Matthew was great with communication. When our initial trip did not happen, he was extremely accommodating and allowed us to switch to another weekend. His place is exactly how it is described in the listing. We would definitly stay there again.

I was in town for a workshop at Scarritt Bennett Center and I wanted a place in walking distance to that as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It also had to have easy parking, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom, and be clean and comfortable. This cottage fit the bill on all counts and lived up to the description. It has two bedrooms/bathrooms. I only needed one, but it was still affordable. I especially love that it is stand alone, so there are no noises from neighbors above, below, or on the other side of a wall. Very quiet! There are lots of windows to let in natural light when I wanted it and also good shades for privacy. I visited when the weather was cold and can vouch for the effectiveness of the heating system. I don’t know how it is in the hotter months. David’s communications were clear and friendly. I didn’t have any issues that required attention while I was there. I’d definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! The beds are SO comfortable and Julie and Sophia, the co-host, were very friendly and helpful! We really liked the location and it accommodated our group perfectly. The deck and backyard were great! Loved that it was pet friendly since we brought fur babies this trip. Also really enjoyed that there was a piano in the game room, and it was special to be able to fill the house with music. :) We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area again!

Host is very hospitable, quick to respond and addresses any questions or concerns one might have. Home is comfortable, very clean, and up to date in decor. Everything we might need is provided. Thank you for offering such a nice place to stay convenient to downtown and The Factory.

Joseph’s place was by far one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. The house was cozy, had so much charm and big enough for our family to spread out. This home was the best equipped house. They had everything!! The extra towels and blankets were nice. All the beds were comfortable and we all felt at home. There are several restaurant options close enough to walk to and the location is central to most everything in Nashville. We felt very safe and the home was clean.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

Our stay at Donna’s Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. Donna was friendly and accommodating for us and our fur baby! The space was clean and neat just as described and check in and check out was super easy! We’ll definitely stay here again soon! Thank you for providing a pet friendly space!!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Place was described and easily walkable to Broadway and the event that brought us to Nashville at the Omni Hotel. Host gave very easy to understand instructions for check in. Would stay again.
