We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Had a great solo stay here. There was some construction right outside, but it really wasn’t bothersome. Great quiet place to relax and work. Will rent again soon! Thank you!

Great place for a family to stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Tri’s place is a great option for a Seattle stay. Right in the heart of Capitol Hill, you are in walking distance from great coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. The place is clean and comfortable, and the balcony is a beautiful feature you won’t find everywhere. Also it was quiet and we slept well there. The parking wasn’t too bad with the pass you get; I was able to find street spots within 1-3 blocks every night. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay in the heart of the U District. Easy walking distance to campus and restaurants. Only 2 blocks to light rail to go to downtown Seattle. Parking was easy. The place itself was clean, warm, and cozy for our cool springtime visit. My wife absolutely loved the fireplace. The upstairs loft is very roomy. The hosts were well organized, making the whole experience of checking-in/checking-out super easy. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Great location, I loved having a garage to use instead of street parking. Easy to get in and has lots to do close by.

A perfect place to stay in Seattle! Highly recommend! We loved staying in Capital Hill near so many restaurants, and the apartment is right on the park, which was a treat. We loved having private bedrooms but nice common area to spend time together when we were tired from exploring the city. The kitchen has everything you could need and everything was in excellent condition.

Hana's townhome was ideally located in the North Admiral neighborhood. Alki is walkable, coffee shops, a library and grocery stores are nearby. If you want to go downtown or take a bus to the junction, you can catch the 50 a block away. The interior was beautifully designed with comfort in mind. We loved our month's stay!

We had a great time at Leo’s place. The home was well taken care of and had plenty of room for our larger group. It was conveniently located so everything was a quick drive. There was also a grocery outlet across the street which allowed us to grab things very easily. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Leo for the great stay!

Had a very comfortable stay. Appreciated the open layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and finding items were a breeze. The location was perfect! A 7 minute walk to my son's campus and dorm. Coffee/cafe, dining and shopping are also in walking distance. I will definitely look into this Airbnb next year.

We were in town for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. There were 4 of us, and the 2 bedroom unit was just right. We drove into town, so having the garage was great. It is a small garage, just as described (make sure you fold in your sideview mirrors!). Adis was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions on finding the place and getting in. The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the location, as it was close enough to walk to restaurants and even to downtown (Pike's place market was about a mile, mostly downhill). We would definitely stay here again (and catch a Mariners game next time!).

We enjoyed our time at Tim’s place.I had to use white noise to block outside noise which worked for me, but if you are a light sleeper, it can be hard to fall asleep bcoz of the noise from outside

This is a comfortable compact townhouse in a central part of Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much and our hosts provided good instructions and clearly described what to expect with regards to all the levels. It didn’t quite register that noise and light would carry so much between levels so bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise, it’s a great home base to explore Seattle!

For our trip to Seattle in 2024, my girlfriend and I stayed at Devin’s place and enjoyed it so much we knew we had to stay there again for our visit this year. Located in the beautiful (and overall very quiet) Queen Anne area, the home is perfect for anyone looking to be within walking distance of many popular attractions; everything else is just a short drive away. The home itself was very clean and welcoming/comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Devin is very responsive and friendly if you should have any questions. I will definitely not be hesitating to stay at Devin’s place a third time or beyond.

The perfect place to stay while in seattle! The home was bigger than expected and even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect in a safe quiet neighborhood and parking was never an issue. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is perfect and the hosts were so friendly and attentive. 10/10!

A first visit to Seattle for most of us so we didn’t really know where to stay and have nothing to compare it to but it worked out well. We were able to walk to Pike Place and to Capital Hill shopping area but definitely had to Uber, as it is an all uphill walk on the way back. Uber did work out very well for all our other activities. The apartment is just as pictured and was perfect for our group Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bath linens. It was very clean but it’s a rental so it does have a little wear and tear on the walls. Feng is super responsive to any questions or requests. We were a little disappointed about the rooftop as we were there on an exceptionally beautiful sunny week and the furniture was not set up for season. Feng did offer to come clean things for us however. Although we didn’t have a car, there is a designated space that would really come in handy because the street parking is quite something in this city. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We had a great stay at this location - visiting the University of Washington and also checking out the sites of Seattle. We enjoyed being in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the house was great. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, but with nice common spaces as well to come together. David was a great host. Highly recommend on all dimensions!

Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything you could possibly need and is extremely walkable and near so many things but is also just far enough to where it’s peaceful.

The entire apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Lots of easy spots for parking. Great place to stay if you're visiting UW Medicine

The Brooklyn townhome is centrally located with plenty of things to do around the neighborhood. We actually did not have any problem finding parking near the property with the provided parking permit. The property is tiny and the kitchen is not very practical (too few cabinets, small countertop, not well stocked) so we were only able to cook breakfasts which is fine given all the good restaurants around Seattle. Overall I highly recommend Faizan's property and would love to come back.

Thanks again for the wonderful stay! Highly recommend this oasis in the heart of central district in Seattle - super close to downtown, but plenty of peace and quiet as well. Kitchen was honestly the best I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb - there was an air fryer, mixer and a vitamix blender! Would have been happy to stay for another week!

We had an excellent stay at this place. Spick and span… comfortable beds, beautiful backyard, saw rabbits… and many birds. I would love to stay here again.
