We stayed at Sundance just before Christmas for 4 nights. I can’t think of enough superlatives to describe this place. It was beautifully peaceful, very relaxed and comfortable and delightfully furnished in appropriately rustic style. We had 4 generations from2 years old to 95 years old and all were delighted with the place. My grandchildren loved swimming and kayaking on the river, and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. My mother and her companion enjoyed the serenity. Wed all go back in a heart beat!

Debbie is undoubtedly a super host. Pelican Cottage is one of the most thoughtfully arranged Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, with great attention to detail. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night, and it rained almost the whole time. That limited our ability to explore this beautiful property. I think staying here for 2 to 3 nights would make it a fantastic base for exploring the surroundings.

Perfect stay so relaxing felt like home just as described clean and Shae was very easy to communicate with would definitely stay again and recommend

We had a wonderful time here . Mark was proactive and very responsive. This place is a hidden gem and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Hidden Gem! a beautiful cottage in nature with all the amenities and air conditioning. the pet barriers on the verandah were such an added plus. Beds were super comfy and artwork was beautiful.

Great spot for the few days we needed to be in Coffs Harbour. Close enough to Coffs but really peaceful, right on the water and away from the hustle and bustle of main towns. David was helpful with info and the house was as described.

A fantastic stay. Great location, with beautiful scenery. Ray & Di went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The truck, animals and short walk to the river was just what we needed. Highly recommend this stay, We will be back :)
