Bellinzona : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Le logement était parfait comme indiqué sur l'annonce, Paola nous a bien reçu elle est très sympathique et toujours souriante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'endroit est bien situé pour accéder et visiter les différents lacs de la région .

Merveilleux séjour. Appartement très agréable avec une jolie terrasse sur un jardin très calme. Merci à Rosaria qui est disponible et m'a commandé un taxi pour l'aéroport. L'emplacement est formidable, tout est à proximité avec des jolies rues piétonnes, vivantes et pas envahies de touristes , des restaurants et des commerces.

L'appartement de Michael est atypique. Il renoue avec l'esprit de AIRBNB qui était d'accueillir les voyageurs chez l'habitant. Il est joliment décoré. Il est situé tout près de la gare. Mais c'est très calme. Le centre historique est accessible à pied en 30mn. Sinon il y a le métro.

Una casa dove sentirti a casa! Sicuramente non un alloggio moderno e di design, ma molto grande (più ampio di come sembra nelle foto), con una camera da letto con tre posti letto (un matrimoniale e un singolo), una stanza adibita a salotto e sala da pranzo con un letto singolo e la cucina separata. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, la casa pulitissima, la cucina davvero completa di tutto il necessario per vivere. Anche lavatrice e microonde, più alcune cose lasciate per la colazione (te, caffè e biscotti). Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Maddalena’s apartment was one of the cutest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything is furnished so uniquely, from the bookshelves to the various kinds of lamps around the home. The windows and balconies provide a lot of natural light during the day time and it gave the apartment a very chill vibe. On top of that, her neighbor’s cats came to hang out with us for a little bit and they were extremely friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better time in Milan :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht von der Magadino-Ebene bis Cannobio. Locarno, aber auch der Höhenweg sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nino ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten.

The place was peaceful, clean and spotless! Good place to stay using google maps as it is not near metro which we don’t have a problem doing everyday. We Had trouble getting in with key being stiff but Ivan was helpful to guide us. The place is walking distance to 2 supermarkets

I stayed at the Bike Studio for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed for a long stay, and situated in a great neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Alessandra was an excellent host, very easy to contact and very receptive. She arranged to have linens changed and the whole apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this listing!

Mirko è una persona gentile e disponibile, gli appartamenti erano puliti e ordinati con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, il giardino ampio e tenuto in ordine, la sera c'erano anche delle luci sopra le panchine esterne per chi volesse stare fuori a mangiare in compagnia con abbondanti posti a sedere.

Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus, dass den Beschreibungen voll entsprach. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage in den Bergen ist traumhaft mehrstündige Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich. Janine ist vor Ort die Ansprechpartnerin und steht (deutschsprachig) mit Rat zur Seite. Sehr schön ist auch der Brötchenservice den Janine bei Bedarf vermittelt.

Alles tip top, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Vistas espectaculares. Bien ubicado. El alojamiento se correspondía a las fotos. Lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Fácil aparcamiento. Lo recomendaría sin dudas.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus vom Paolo und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir haben uns in dem großartigen, erst drei Jahre alten freistehenden Haus am Berg sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf den See ist wundervoll. Für den Pool war es noch etwas zu kalt, aber die Liegen im schönen Garten wurden genutzt! Paolo hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles am Haus und in der Umgebung zu erklären und hatte viele Tipps für Aktivitäten. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für Wärme am kalten Abend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt!

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

The apartment was very spacious, decorated with peacefully. Everything was superclean (kitchen & bathroom). The walls are quite thin but the house was quiet during the night. The area is cozy and clean, nice out of the tourists. Good variety of supermarkets and restaurangs just next around the corner.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Milano, look no further. Michele & Loretta’s flat is in pristine condition. They welcome you with kindness and 5+++ star service. You can tell they truly love what they do when it comes to hosting. The whole area was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was absolutely divine and we had the best sleep here! The square outside your bedroom window has you feeling a part of the city but homey feelings. The shower and water pressure/temperature was perfect and had us feeling refreshed after a long day of travel. The only complaint I have is we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be planning a trip back to Milan just so we can stay here again. Grazie Mille in the highest, Michele & Loretta.

Een fijn , gezellig en rustig appartement in een mooie omgeving dicht bij het park Sempione met de tram naar het centrum vlakbij. Opmerking die niet specifiek voor Barbara alleen bedoeld is: ik vind het spijtig dat er geen rechtstreeks contact meer is met verhuurders de laatste jaren. Het is natuurlijk handig voor beide partijen dat je de sleutel ergens kan ophalen en terugbrengen maar er gaat toch iets verloren aan menselijk contact als de communicatie met de verhuurder enkel verloopt via mail en internetberichten.

Sehr schönes Apartment etwas außerhalb von Como in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Deko war sehr schön, insbesondere der Kontrabass im Wohnzimmer! Der Kontakt war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Como.
