Este Airbnb fue una experiencia excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con una decoración moderna y muy acogedora. La ubicación era ideal, cerca de tiendas y transporte público. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, proporcionando recomendaciones locales y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto durante mi estancia. Las comodidades ofrecidas fueron de alta calidad, desde las sábanas y toallas hasta los electrodomésticos. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un lugar cómodo y bien situado.

Sergio y Luis fueron unos excelentes. Totalmente amables y serviciales. El lugar está demasiado bonito, totalmente coincidía con las fotos. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios. El lugar está limpio, es seguro, cómodo para dormir. Luis es una persona muy amable y respetuosa. El apartamento está en el cuarto piso, Luis nos ayudó a subir y bajar las maletas para facilitarnos la tarea. Totalmente recomendado para ir a Medellín.

Buena estadía, apartamento muy amplio y bien equipado, ubicado en un sector tranquilo y a 10 minutos caminando del metro Nutibara y a 10 de la entrada al cerro Nutibara donde está el pueblito Paisa. Cercano a algunos supermercados. Nos gustó bastante. Juan respondió todas nuestras dudas a tiempo. Solo a considerar que el acceso es por escalera en espiral bastante estrecha que podría complicar a gente de mayor edad. No tiene aire acondicionado pero Medellín tiene temperatura agradable por lo que con el ventilador es más que suficiente. La TV no es smart pero tiene chromecast que puedes usar para proyectar lo que quieras de tu celular.

Un lugar muy bonito que ofrece lo que dice. Muy acogedor y muy util para descansar. La puerta tenia su truco para abrir y cerrar pero todo se encontraba en muy buen estado.

El apartamento es pequeño pero completo. Ideal para una persona o dos. La zona es tranquila y muy bien comunicada a través de red de buses o del metro. Tiene una cocina completa así como lavadora. Tiene termo de agua caliente, algo que no es muy habitual en muchas casas de Medellin. El armario es grande y permite tener todo bien ordenado. También hay Wi-Fi. Si hay que poner algún,pero, es un piso muy alto, tiene unas vistas excelentes de la ciudad, pero al no haber barreras a veces se oye el ruido de la calle. Este problema es habitual en casi todas las casas de la ciudad. Yo estuve allí seis meses y pude comprobarlo en varias casas de amigos en las que estuve.. Si tuviera que volver, no dudaría en repetir. La zona es muy tranquila y bastante segura.

Eramos un grupo de 10 y la casa estaba muy cómoda. el Host es excelente y super atento y responsivo. la casa esta muy central para ir a otros lados en taxi. El supermercado Exito está a media cuadra y se encuentra variedad de lugares para comer.

This place is highly recommended the host is a standup person remind me of that uncle that want to see you be great but also responsible and got my back of anything place is described to the T . very nice and quiet low traffic area. Host was very responsive, friendly and the place was very spacious! Fit 3 families with kids perfectly fine. Would highly recommend. There were many places to eat around it, grocery store, drug store, a casino next door and night life is easily accessible from the house in Laureles. Great area, with shopping less than a mile away.

This is a large beautiful home with nice patios, especially loved the large balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had a number of people for dinner and everyone was very impressed. Great indoor jacuzzi with covered open skylight, large kitchen, charcoal barbecue, huge open living/dining room. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

the stay was above and beyond expectation, very clean and beautiful villa I can't described it enough 10 out of 10, very close to restaurant's and shopping, we loved Carmen the maid was very kind and the service was outstanding, and Juan the concierge service's and bean there for us all the time was more than what we expected just a great guy, love the people in Medellin, friendly and kind, will defiantly rent the villa again, thank you elver again for a wonderful vacation.

Excelente lugar, superó mis expectativas. Ubicado en un buen lugar, cerca de Provenza, centro comercial Santa Fe, hay un súper cerca. La verdad todo súper!! El apartamento muy bien todo.

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

Un excelente apto coincide con la descripción, la señora Gloria es súper amable, su hija igual nos dieron indicaciones precisas para los viajes en metro y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y darnos explicacion de todo. Me volvería a quedar sin duda alguna en este apto. Muchas gracias

The place was better than the pictures. Great location if you want something to do at all times. Security was available at all times and were very hospitable.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was safe and convenient to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and well organized. Carolina was very quick and efficient in terms of communication. I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.
