Dean and Lisa’s place is exactly what it’s advertised as, a lovely little house in the suburbs of Perth only 10 minutes to Fremantle local shopping centre minutes away Woolworths and BWS. Next time in Perth will definitely stay here

Perfect place to stay- nice and quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to a cafe. Not far from Freo. To have 3 bedrooms was perfect for our trip as we came for a work trip. Thanks so much Trevor

We enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse Retreat. It was spacious, in a nice location with the bus stop across the street - made for a quick and easy ride to Fremantle. We made good use of the balconies - for morning coffee and relaxing in the afternoon/evening. We also appreciated the washing machine. We would definitely book it again if we visited this area in the future. Thank you so much, Jeni.

Perfect location for the Fiona Stanley Hospital which was perfect for our needs. Home is lovely and nicely renovated. On a busy road but nice and quiet once inside with a lovely sun filled rear deck area. We got locked out and Linda kindly came to our rescue. We would stay here again. Thank you for having us Linda.

We were welcomed upon arrival by the lovely Laura. Her home was very clean, homely and welcoming. The location was perfect for access to shops, the local pub and not to far from the train line which we found to be extremely handy. We were so grateful for this lovely home during our visit to Perth. we will stay here again when we return in the near future. thank you Laura for all the special welcoming touches, it was appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at andrew's place. They were incredibly communicative, the house was clean and well-maintained, and the location was peaceful, andrew was very accommodating and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I knew the place was going to be an absolute hit with my family when we opened the front door and a welcoming scent + bright ambience greeted us! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The small condiments provided were an absolute welcome, and I greatly appreciated how child-friendly the accommodation was. The play corner was extremely popular with tons of toys fitting of all ages. The laundry area was also convenient and had everything needed to maintain a clean house. Being in close proximity to the shops (a 5min walk), a 6min drive to the Saturday Farmer's Market, a 10min drive to Crown Perth and the factory outlet shops, and a short 3.5km run to the river made it an ideal location. "Hidden gem" is extremely fitting for this Airbnb, Cherie and Szcepan were very responsive and hospitable. The safe, quiet neighbourhood was a huge bonus too!

I would highly recommend staying here at the Oasis, not only was the location fantastic but the house itself felt just like home equipped with all the necessities! A loaf of bread, butter and milk were left for us which was such a thoughtful touch. Instructions were clear and helpful and Eva/Patrick were very responsive also. The only downside was there weren’t any pool/beach towels so we ended up buying some and leaving them there for future guests ha! If I am ever back in Perth, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.

Even though it's right next to the highway, there was still surprisingly little noise from passing cars. The only noise came from neighbors moving around during the day, but I wasn't there much except for check-in. Otherwise, everything else, like the location and cleanliness, was just perfect.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Perfect location for walking to local bars and restaurants and morning walk along esplanade. I would definitely recommend Dianne’s place as it was so comfortable and clean.

Nice place to stay, friendly host. Quiet and peaceful. Great size for 2 people. Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Clean and relaxing. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

The Apartment was a beautiful place to stay for a few days away. Immaculate, comfortable beds, all the amenities we could need and beautiful views from the main balcony and the bedroom. Great location to access Perth, short walk to the Ferry, local cafe’s, and restaurants. Will certainly stay again.

What a fabulous apartment, well equipped, pantry goods, all you need for a short stay. The electric bed was just the best, so comfy. Walking distance to cafe's, restaurants and train station. Great location, will be back.

Love the large pad where you can chill

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay! The location is unbelievable, literally steps from the beach and some of Perth's best cafes & restaurants. It also felt very safe & was close to supermarkets. The property is so spacious, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The house has absolutely everything that you can think of to make it a home away from home - hangers, towels, coffee press, you name it it was there! The host is also lovely and responsive, check-in was super simple and stress-free. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a great trip!

Lisa and Pete were outstanding hosts! We felt right at home even on the opposite side of Australia. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay and was more than helpful at the drop of a hat. Her and the other hosts were super accommodating and friendly, couldn’t be more thankful. As for the property itself, it’s lovely what they’ve managed to do with such a small foundation. Stepping inside BIG, you’d never know you were attached to the other accomodations, let alone being able to tell how many renovations went into the structure. What does shine through is the love and care they have taken in building the best home away from home for any distanced travellers! Thanks again for a great stay !

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!

Make sure you read the listing because you must understand this is a private sectioned off part of a larger house which has guest rooms at the front We knew this so we’re totally fine with it and you don’t hear the other guests that much. You have a completely separate entrance too if you want using the side gate. The place was three times bigger than we expected which was a lovely surprise Really good aircon.
