We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

We love Ipswich and are so glad to find this gem of Airbnb. Mark's communications are topnotched and he proactively checked in with us to ensure that everything is alright. The house has everything we needed and more....not just for short stays but equally suitable for longer stays too. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house heating system is very efficient and heats up the whole house quickly and comfortably for the few cold days we were staying there. My husband loved having a dedicated work space which had a beautiful water view. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Everything is very well thought out. It might be an older house but it's very quaint, cosy and quintessentially New England. Although we had several days of lousy weather.... we still managed to do plenty out of the few half days when the skies cleared out. Oh and thank you for the very lovely cranberry banana bread... its one of the best that we've ever eaten.

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. Thank you Lauren for sharing your lovely home with us!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting with family in the area. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with anything you would need while traveling. This has been one of our favorite Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

The home was cozy and comfortable. Regina was responsive despite my low level questions, (granddaughter accidentally unplugged WiFi), lol! Are was very quiet, suburb like for sure. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked and immaculate. If available on the trip this is my go to. Thank you Regina!!!

This was a great location for what I needed this trip. Clean, well maintained. It was easy to find and walkable to the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

The community environment is elegant and clean. It is a very great experience. It would be more perfect if there was no dog poop in the yard.

Rhona’s place was in a great location with places nearby and not too far from all of the places we wanted to go. Her home was as described in the pictures and description. For two people it was fairly comfortable, but we weren’t able to get very comfortable in the living room as furniture was too small for us to hang out. There was also no outlet in one of the bedroom, but we were able to find an extension cord that reached the other bedroom. Besides that, the place was great for us to come and go. The owner made our reservation special by providing a gift for my friend’a birthday and breakfast which was very thoughtful!

You will not find more responsive, kind, welcoming hosts than Devora, Mary, and Randy. Communication was exemplary, responses were always quick and helpful. The hosts provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and activities including a thoughtful planned historic walk. The accommodations were stellar! Modern kitchen with every conceivable amenity (including some breakfast items and unlimited Keurig coffee!) Very welcoming living room and super comfortable bed. Every evening after our exhausting day, we looked forward to coming "home" for some respite. It felt THAT comfortable. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, it was helpful having it available. And finally, having dedicated parking was important to us as we were only spending evenings at the accommodation. The area is gated and secure. It is the quietest, loveliest Airbnb that I have stayed in. Look no further!

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s my family has visited. Very spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds. Had a great time relaxing after a day in exploring Boston. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond to any questions. Without a doubt we will be back to visit!

Molly's place is comfortable and spacious, clean and peaceful. bonus... The entrance to the T station is right around the corner!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Solid place in a Cambridge neighborhood. On the third floor of an old house. Had everything we needed and more. Couple of tips. Maybe not the best option for loud people because you’re on top of residents. Also, and this isn’t a complaint, the area isn’t close to the usual tourist spots and it’s a 15minute walk to the Red Line T so transportation can be an issue if you’re not familiar with Boston area. But overall a great visit for us.

This is such a beautiful place to stay in Salem! Kelly is a great host and keeps a clutter free and organized space! If you are looking for a place that is walkable and accessible then I would consider booking here! Essex street was only a 7 minute drive and one could easily walk. More than happy about this place

Amir’s condo was perfect for what I was looking for. It had all the kitchen essentials for my month-long stay, and the place was neat, tidy, and perfect for studying or working during the day with little to no noise from outside. Parking was right out front with easy in/out. Amir was proactive whenever I had any questions, and he resolved things right away. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in the area.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

Karina’s space was clean and located in a great neighborhood, close to so many Boston attractions.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

This was our second stay in Sue’s place. It is perfect for our stays and is centrally located. We will definitely be staying again.
