Our stay was wonderful. Betsy was great at communicating prior to our stay. Everything was set up for us, including a beautiful gift basket, including some snacks and toys for the younger children. The location is beautiful just outside of historic downtown Monroe. We would love to stay again, maybe during the spring and summer months.

my family came to celebrate. my son's 50th birthday, most of his siblings came. The house was very clean. the staff was awesome, we had a small issue, that was fixed within 2 hours. we had a very pleasant stay. Other than the bugs and an occasional dear.

We had a fabulous family vacation! The house was comfortable and we enjoyed lots of fishing off the dock.

Great location on the lake. Close to all of the action. House is very spacious but lots of stairs if you’re on the third floor. The stairs are worth it for the privacy you get on the third floor though. Pool table, air hockey, and shuffle board are awesome additions. Which was the deciding factor for this house for us. Very easy to get to. A little difficult finding if you arrive after dark. There isn’t a mailbox with numbers like the surrounding houses. The house is fantastic and the management team does an excellent job of communicating everything that is expected up front. They make sure every question is answered without asking with was so nice! Their communication make it that much enjoyable. Highly recommend this house!

David’s home was the perfect place for our getaway. The dock was great for our boat, and the home had everything we needed for an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Caroline was great .. we came from western NC after the hurricane.. we had limited ability to contact and she responded right away and followed up via text when we arrived .. we received power earlier than we thought and she credited the remainder of our stay . House is perfect for two or small family .. backyard is relaxing with a dock to sit out on and the neighborhood is nice .. beautiful walking track directly across from the house… location location location and a super accommodating host

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Another wonderful stay in this peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and lovely space! We love staying here when we visit our son who relocated to Mooresville 5 years ago. The location is centrally located to anything we want to do while we are in town, and so close to our son’s apartment. Our visits become a vacation on the lake rather than just a family visit. This was a great find 5 years ago and we love coming back and seeing Rick & Judi each year. Couldn’t ask for a better location or nicer hosts. Their place has become so popular it is hard to get a reservation so be sure to book early!

Great great great stay! Everything was perfect except the internet for my boyfriend! They got that fixed after a couple days though and no problems after that! Loved it would love to stay again!

Wow! What an amazing experience on Lake Norman. From taking the canoe out with our pups to roasting s’more’s by the campfire, there is so much to do without needing to leave the site. Lore was one of my favorite hosts I’ve ever met. She was kind, flexible and welcoming. We appreciated the details put into the interior and exterior of the space. We felt right at home. Being from the city we walked to downtown and ate at Barrell & Fork. It was also an awesome experience! Downtown Davidson a bit north also has a cute walkable downtown. Jetton Park is a short drive with an excellent big loop to walk your dogs. Hello Sailor is another gem on the water serving local oysters. We had the best time. Lore is amazing and I hope we will be able to return in the near future. Thank you! L & K

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view of the lake was beautiful! The host made homemade blueberry muffins and biscotti that were delicious! It was so thoughtful and really made us feel at home. The space is very nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in. 10/10 will definitely be booking again!

Serenity Cove was BEAUTIFUL! Anna and John were both so helpful and kind. We have four children and the intentionally they both had with little details for our kids was so sweet. Fishing. Hammocking. Kayaking. Peddle boating. Visiting the animals. The sweet neighbors. Leaf blowing. All the highlights of a wonderful getaway. Thank you thank you thank you. ♥️

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed here with my family and in laws for thanksgiving. The place is stunning, just as shown in the pictures, very clean, and incredibly well stocked. They thought of literally every details. Hosts were also incredible responsive…we needed a step stool and they dropped off two options within 10 minutes. We will absolutely be back. This is a great little place to stay. Located behind the owner home on their land, it still feel very private and is nice and quiet. The home has everything you might need and the owners were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing! The bed was so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Half of the house is closed off and unoccupied but our space was nice and clean. The heater works well and the coffee stocked! For the price the place is nice. GREAT View!

Provided space and amenities were just right for our 2 teens, German Shepherd, wife & me. We have family friends in the area, so we are likely to return to this listing. We might bring our own kayaks next time just to balance out our options and in case the pontoon boat isn't available. I will remain a smidge jealous of the kitchen when I get home. My height-challenged spouse might've appreciated a step-stool for some cabinets and for using the clothes-dryer. We appreciated the selection of board games during the rainiest days and that the home seemed to be free of manufactured scents (like scented candles, etc.). Turns out, the water off the dock will yield some fun catfish catches. Cast southward and let it sit about 2 to 3 feet under a bobber. We baited our hooks with doughballs blended with cheese, Italian dressing, & brown sugar. Caught 8 in total during the last 2 days of our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved this home and property. It is in a neighborhood, but it is so private and feels secluded. We were very comfortable here. The home smelled great! The beds were SO comfortable. The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again the future.
