Responsive host and great location. I will absolutely be staying here again when I’m in town

We had such a great time at Sean’s place! It’s only one block from the beach so my kids and I walked over with our small dog several times a day. There’s also a bike path which we used daily. Sean has a wagon, boogie boards, toys, chairs, and towels as well as adult bikes. The kitchen is fully equipped and beds were comfortable. It was so nice to come home to this comfy house everyday. We will definitely come back!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location. overlooks Corona Del Mar beach recreation area. within 15-20 minutes of airport, Balboa, Newport, Crystal beaches. Walking distance to Sherman Gardens and PacHwy eateries. fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could think of. Spacious bedrooms and full sized baths with walk in showers. several beach chairs and toys provided. don't leave unattended for too long on beach, they might be gone. ours disappeared while eating dinner on balcony. owner VERY responsive to requests (portacrib). neighbor very helpful locating breaker panel for tripped breaker due to irons hairdryers running same circuit. Great cooling ocean breezes make up for louder than expected portable AC units. Enjoyed a nice bonfire at beach fire pit. we used beach brothers sharing (craig) to handle all the chairs tables food trays and firewood supplies.

I took my family of 4 to Catalina Island. we stayed in Jose M's listing, which was comfortable for us. The unit was very clean and easy to get to. Communication with the host was outstanding. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay on the island.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

This was a dream come true for me and my kids for their spring break! We felt right at home in our quiet, beautiful and peaceful place. We loved all the amenities and the nice cozy beds. The view was breathtaking and the golf cart was amazing to have. I also really appreciated all of the details on where the place was located and how to turn tv on and how everything worked. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again!

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

Trevor’s place was awesome! An amazing view, use of the golf cart, gorgeous balcony, and the interior of the condo is beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again. Trevor responded to our questions immediately and was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Trevor.

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

We had a great time at Taylor's place over Spring Break. It was very close to the beach and perfect for riding bikes or long boards on the boardwalk!!! We had 8 people with us and we enjoyed our time and the amenities that were provided. They also allowed us to use the garage, which was awesome for rental bike storage if you rent bikes for more than a day or two. Great place to stay!!!

What a seamless check in and check out With no visits from maintenance people. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect getaway and was very relaxing. A charming duplex overlooking the marina with lots of comfortable furniture to sit on, a lovely deck and a fireplace. My one suggestion would be to convert one of the tub/shower units to a walk-in shower. Other than that, loved my stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The space was clean, had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside, which was out of the homeowners control, was the big sandy berm between the house and the ocean due to winter tides. Would recommend!

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

Location, location, location!! We loved our stay at this airbnb in Newport Beach. Being right on the sand just a few blocks from the pier and so many restaurants and shops was such fun. I worried about privacy with so many people walking, jogging, biking etc right past our front sliding doors - but I realized the glass is mirrored, so during the day no one can see in. At night there are full shades - so privacy was not a problem. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed despite how small it was. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Great to have garage parking - but beware - it's a small spot. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!

Thank you for having us. This hike was immaculate for our family of 5 we had so much fun ! The hike was spotless , the host was vet communicative and was accommodating to our early check in with little ones.

Beautifuly designed and updated home, was perfect for us four adults and my 3 young grandchildren, will look forward to the return! And the owner was available by phone to answer my questions upon arrival, thank you to your team!
