The location is very convenient and in a nice/quiet neighborhood. The pool table was awesome that the kid had a great time playing.

Kim & Hoa were great hosts and addressed all questions and requests we had in a timely manner. I stayed with my colleagues for a working / retreat weekend and the house had everything we needed with plenty of space. We would've loved to take advantage of the pool more but we were busy during the day when the sun was out. The location is perfect if you love Vietnamese food - it's located within a mile of Little Saigon.

Drew really came through for us when we were evacuated from the fires in Los Angeles He was flexible with check in and made sure everything was set for us. He answered messages right away and was very helpful. Very cute house and nice yard.

Stayed at Hamilton's to visit Disney for the first time. This was a great choice as it was close to Disney, and it was cheaper than having all of stay in separate hotel rooms.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s but none like this one. We were pleased with everything about this Airbnb from location to accommodations. We wanted a place close to the beach but not too far from Disney. Our family vacation was absolutely made staying here. Would 1000% recommend spending the money on this place.

This home was absolutely perfect. Spotless and clean with very cozy furniture. Our family had to cut our trip short due to an illness, but we loved the home! We especially liked the dock in the back. We saw a big school of jelly fish swimming by. I HIGHLY recommend this home. We wish we could have finished our time there, and look forward to getting there again!

My family—me, husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 dogs—were required to evacuate due to the Palisades fire. Fortunately, Yonatan was a responsive host who quickly confirmed our request to reserve. The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, good layout. There were privacy and space for each of us, adequate room for me to work, and common areas where we could hang as a family (den, dining area, lanai/sun room, side patio with table and chairs). The kitchen was clean, functional and well-stocked with all the basics. The wifi was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, day and night, and the neighbors were friendly when we walked our dogs. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk or drive. In short, exactly what we needed. I can imagine the house also being great for a group of friends going to an event in LA. Yonatan and his co-host were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

David’s place was our first AirBnB experience in 2024. After staying the week during summer, we did not hesitate to start planning our second stay in 2025. Now upon leaving from spring break at David’s, we can’t imagine booking anywhere else for our annual SoCal vacations as the bar has been set high. David is an outstanding host and the home has been perfect for my family with each stay — all the amenities, the cleanliness, great location, and the comfort the home has. It’s clear a lot of thought and work was put to make sure the home had everything guests need and beyond. We wouldn’t change or add anything, and have recommended David’s to family and friends. We will continue to book as long as he lets us ;D

This is a cozy little two bedroom condo duplex that’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels. It’s a 10 minute walk to the park. I stayed there for four days with my 10-year-old twin daughters, and we had a blast. Kitchen has modern amenities, as does the laundry room, which made keeping up with the needs of two hungry kids easy. The kids room has bunkbeds, twin over full, which suited my kids nicely. The master BR has vaulted ceiling, but no connected master bathroom. The description was accurate, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The binder of instructions was very helpful and clear. You get a garage space which comes in very handy. All in all, if you’re going to Disneyland, and you don’t want to stay at the hotel, and you need a cozy place for your family, this is just about perfect.

We had a super stay at Aileen's place (again!). She keeps her property spotless and the kitchen has all the items you could ever need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. Coffee, tea, water bottles, soda is abundantly stocked. Aileen answers right away and checking in is simple. The condo is less than 5 minutes walk fron 2nd Street but, there is always plenty of (safe) street parking available.

Pam &Jimmy’s place was even better than expected. The location is perfect, very walkable, and very close to the beach. They have everything you need including bikes that really came in handy. As hosts, they go above and beyond to make the place as inviting as can be. I can’t rave about this place enough.

A peaceful place to stay! The location is great, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The host was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

What a gem! We stayed for 3 nights in this sweet little spot and it did not disappoint. The condo is in the best location for walking to local shops, restaurants, beaches. The neighborhood is so pretty, we loved going for walks and looking at the beautiful homes. The Airbnb is equipped with literally everything you could possibly want or need, it’s spacious and decorated SO cute! If you are lucky enough to have your dates available don’t hesitate to book, it’s fabulous ❤️

Had a great stay at Susan & Ted's place. 2 short beach blocks to the sand, 2 short beach blocks to the village shops! Felt safe to let our 4 teenage girls and the dog walk and right bikes everywhere! The amenities they provided were fantastic! Even the hair bands came in handy! The place was very clean and the beds super comfortable. They provided space heaters that came in handy. The kids loved having use of the bicycles! Hubby and I were both able to comfortably work while the kids and the pup got to play! Perfect spring break getaway!

The location can’t be beat. Everything about this place is comfortable, clean and homey! Hubby wants to move in permanently LOL. Reviews are one thing but to actually experience this Airbnb is something else. Would book in a heartbeat, look no further folks!

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful condo, the yellow walls from the pictures were now a blue color and EVERY SINGLE window looked like a moving painting. Absolutely beautiful. Small note: Really mean security at the gate of the condo. I had a friend surprise me for my birthday and she got called a "liar" when she told the security woman she was not staying the night. Thankfully the hosts are incredible and helped to fix the issue but insanely aggressive behavior for 7am.

When we walked in, we were amazed at how open and spacious the home was. We felt at home right away. So, we were able to relax and enjoy our time there.

We had a great few days at Stephen’s place while visiting family in LA. The house is in a beautiful setting, with good views across the city and lovely gardens. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and garden hammock. We would definitely look to stay there again when we return to LA another time.

Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!
