John and Candy were excellent and very friendly communicative even before our reservation! They messaged us the day after we checked-in and made sure we were comfortable in their airbnb and were incredibly accommodating. The space was beautiful, spacious, great natural lighting, lots of parking, and it had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. We loved our experience!

Had an excellent stay at this place! Amenities were great, it was near to everywhere I wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable, and felt right at home!

Judit’s home was perfect for our family. It was very clean. Lots of room for my family of 7. The bathrooms were clean. Towels and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Kitchen was well stocked of all the things you need to cook a homemade meal, should you choose. Parking was available for our 2 cars. Check in and check out was simple. Considering this was my first Airbnb I’ve booked, I was very much pleased with the overall experience and look forward to my next booking. Thank you Judit for sharing your home with us.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

Very good neighborhood with beautiful houses and trees. Sofia helped us with all our requests during the stay by getting us the laundry pods and body wash which were missing when we first arrived. Decent size kitchen with all the utensils we needed. No issues during the stay.

Perla was an absolutely amazing host. She offered us an early check-in, which was amazing as we were just getting off of a cruise and didn’t want to drag our luggage all over town. The space was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was big enough for the four of us without feeling too cramped. The pool and backyard space looked amazing, but because of the cool weather we weren’t able to get in the pool. We did enjoy the outdoor seating and the sunshine, though!

Jessica and Ethan were very attentive hosts! Very comfortable house equipped with all the amenities for vacation. We had a great stay!

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

We loved our stay here! Ryan and Rosie are superb hosts. They were attentive, quick to respond, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was right there, including plenty of towels for the pool/beach, cooking spices, oils, sugar, etc, a well equipped kitchen, very clear instructions for the amenities, and so much more. You can tell how much care and thought was put into this place! We loved the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the waterfall and fountain water effects on the pool were so impressive and added to the peaceful ambiance. The fire pit and patio was beautiful, with a huge amount of outdoor cooking space. The location was close to many great restaurants, stores, and of course, beaches. It’s located in a beautiful, friendly, safe, neighborhood. They even had a safe parking spot in the driveway for our car. We were so impressed with Ryan and Rosie as hosts and in their beautiful AirBNB, we will be excited to stay again next time we’re in the area!

The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was very comfy and cozy! It felt very safe and was close to the beach. We would definitely go back!!

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.

After being there for a long term stay, it really felt like our home. It’s a beautiful home that’s clean, well presented, and filled with books to read, if only we had the time to read them! There were items in the kitchen for cooking, essentials for the bathroom, free internet, an iron, and if it wasn’t there, Kristina went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and more, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The location is closeby to grocery stores, the freeway, a park, a golf course and has street and driveway parking. Our dog is going to miss walking around the nearby park, with all the wildlife, and watching the people activity. Overall it’s been perfect for our family’s stay. THANK YOU for having us!!!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.
