Overall, it's amazing stay for families. Right on the beach. No tourist crowd. Felt like local. Flat is clean & the balcony facing sea is the USP. Price could be a little lower otherwise everything is good.

Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. Beautiful clean house. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids - 1 year old and 4 year old). It was essential for us to at least cook meals for the kids. So glad to have an almost functional and clean kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean and must say the balcony view was amazing! The beach is just 200 meters away for the apartment and it is almost like a private beach (just a handful of people and a clean beach). Sandeep’s (host) assistance was great, was really proactive with all our needs!

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

It’s peaceful place to stay for a weekend. Have greeneries all around and good sunset view from the balcony is amazing.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.
