Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

We had a great stay at Nathan's place with our 13 and 15-year-old children. We saw all the DC sights and had a fantastic time! Nathan was great at communicating, and his kitchen was very well stocked!

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

His place has everything you would need. There were lots of snacks that were left for us, as well as kitchen basics for cooking. Lots of toiletries in case you forgot something.

Girls trip to Washington DC and this is the place stay. Metro was close by,great location. Host was very responsive to all my inquiries. Enjoyed !

Stayed with my kids (5 & 9) and the amenities and location were awesome. My kids loved feeling like locals, the neighborhood is cute and friendly. Only call outs were that the towels seemed very well used and you need to ask for a parking permit well in advance for street parking. Otherwise, was great!

This house is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and it is so very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. This was our second visit and we will continue to return every chance we get! Frederick is a great city to visit, with shopping and good restaurants. Cunningham Falls State Park is nearby, with a beautiful waterfall only a short hike into the woods. We also enjoy going to nearby wineries. It really is the best home to stay in for a relaxing and fun-filled get-away!!

WOW! I cannot say enough about this house or the host! Samantha thought of everything someone may need or want in their stay. Every bedroom had tissue, a heating pad, and a noise machine to boot, and the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've slept in. There were plenty of bath essentials, and the kitchen was fantastic. There was a water purifier in the fridge which I particularly appreciated. There were plenty of throw blankets for lounging as well- bonus! The entire house was super clean and neat. I've never had such accommodations and felt like I could stay there forever! Samantha is truly the hostess with the mostest and clearly goes out of her way to make her guests feel right at home. She gave us a ton of tips for things to do and places to eat around the area. Everything just felt easy staying here. I really loved the area and having so many places within walking distance! I would a million percent stay here again and again. Now I need a reason to come back!

This place was surprisingly amazing! I didn’t expect the house to have 3 levels. Also, the touches and aesthetics were so beautiful. When I go back to Baltimore I will book this place. My sibling kept saying “this is the best AirBNB I’ve been in, thank you bro for getting this.” That warmed my heart. Also, Lashaia’s thoughtfulness and hospitality was above and beyond. Thank you!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Great neighborhood with easy walking to Eastern Market and the Metro. Easy stay for the 4 of us - parking was also plentiful!
