The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

We had a lovely weekend at the property with the family. The place was extremely well-kept and thoughtfully managed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches from the host – essentials like eggs, bread, and milk were provided, along with a freshly baked cake, which was a delightful surprise. Kate was absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive. She ensured we had all the information we needed well in advance of our arrival. The host truly went above and beyond to make our stay special – from providing cushion covers for the outdoor seating (perfect for the sunny weather) to picnic blankets for enjoying the outdoors. The online guidebook was also very handy and full of useful tips. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away, especially if you enjoy countryside walks and scenic trails.

A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

Great home and location, we had a lovely long weekend there. The house has everything you need and more, and is beautifully kept and all instructions super clear and easy. Julian couldn’t have been more accommodating - would definitely recommend!

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Watch House. The place was exactly as described and the location is unmatched, the kids loved being able to explore the beach right outside the door while we enjoyed the views. We’d love to come back again!

Another lovely stay here at Bradley’s place and we’ll definitely be back. The house is light, bright, super clean and cosy. Lovely neighbours. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to portswood road with great places to eat and drink and buses into centre. And 5 mins stroll from riverside walk. Definitely recommend.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet and the house is quirky and interesting. Lovely and clean too. Loved it!

Kates apartment was a lovely space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was great to be able to throw the back doors open and see and hear the sea and wander down to the beach to admire the view across to the Isle of Wight and the ships coming and going. I even saw a cormorant. It was nice and quiet and even though near the beach walk still felt private. The flat was well equipped and the instructions very clear. We had a lovely weekend

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely few days here. Used as a base to explore the island. Great views. Parking space quite tight with neighbour would be my only negative. More than one key would be useful as the only way to lock the door to the flat was with the key (including whilst in the flat) and it was needed to gain entry at the bottom front door, unless you used the buzzer….

Lovely host and great area! Would definitely stay again. South sea is buzzing in a very accessible way. The sea and trendy spots are on your doorstep. Oozing with local color, quirkiness, and charm. We had a wonderful time. Credit clearly loves his hometown and has lots to offer if required and will also leave you to it if that is your preference.

Absolutely wonderful place and so convenient for visiting Southampton. Very clean and spacious with lots of amenities and a very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay again ☺️

My stay was a mixture of work and pleasure and an ideal place to stay along the south coast. The property was really quite & comfortable with everything you could need. I did not get get chance to sit out on the raised decking but I am sure in the warmer weather it would be a lovely quite spot to enjoy the evening sunset. When I am next working that way this will be my first port of call. Jamie was excellent with his communications and help.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

The house was beautiful, the sun shine and the view from the lovely back windows was gorgeous. Perfectly placed on the Selsey sea front - lovely walks to the left and to the right. The house is spacious and has everything that is needed. Perfect for a family reunion!

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.
