This apartment was homely, exceptionally clean and super comfortable, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was lovely to come home to after a day out exploring this beautiful part of the world. The apartment is an easy 15 minutes walk to town with spectacular views. Always warm and had everything we could possibly need for cooking & eating in. Maria was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return and recommend it to all of our friends. Big thanks again.

Lovely flat with balcony and views across to Arthurs Seat. Had everything we needed and Slawomir provided coffee, toilet rolls and toiletries. Parking onsite and lift access to apartment. Slawomir was a great host, responsive and met us on arrival. Perfect space for the 4 of us.

Absolutely loved Craig’s place. It provided the perfect cosy stay for our cold few days in Edinburgh, and was super close to the main city centre and great pubs and restaurants.

The flat was exactly as advertised. The location is honestly about as good as you can get in that it is located in an amazing area in Stockbridge, close to Circus Lane and many options for coffee, breakfast, bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store, and an easy walk to all the attractions Edinburgh offers. The flat was very comfortable including the living room and dining room space, great setup with 3 bedrooms and even had an office space. The full size fridge along with the dishwasher, washer/dryer were perfect for an extended stay. Instructions were easy to follow, Iain was very responsive and easy to work with. My family and I would stay here again in the future and highly recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Don was a brilliant host, so responsive to enquiries and met us in person for check in. He gave us some great recommendations and was really friendly. The apartment is brilliant for large groups and has everything you need for your stay!

We loved feeling like locals, having our own little basement apartment in Edinburgh. We walked all over the city from here. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the Scran and Scallie, Franco Manca pizza, Toastology (seriously best toasty ever) and Books & Cup and Lanans bakery (give coffee a miss) all nearby. Also Stockbridge markets Sunday. Highly recommend.

My friend and I have stayed here twice and we love it! It's very cosy and homely, always clean, in a great location and despite being in the centre and on the ground floor it is quiet and peaceful. Katie and Karen are lovely and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again😊

We had a great stay . Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment and more. Fantastic location, central to everything. Beautiful building , peaceful, you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of the city. Host was helpful and accommodating. Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout. A parking space for our car was very much appreciated as we drove from Norfolk. However apartment is so brilliantly located we didn’t need it once there as walking distance to most everything in the city. Thank you again , we highly recommend ,it exceeded expectations and was great value

El apartamento es tal cual se describe en las fotos, amplio y muy limpio. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero con bus (1,60) o uber (unas 13 libras el trayecto) se llega en 20 minutos. El anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento y nos facilitó la entrada flexible.

Excellent layout and location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was very straightforward to access the apartment and for Wi-Fi, etc. Our family of four was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything.

Fiona’s place was perfect for us! We were able to park our car for free close by and the apartment had everything we needed. It is well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

Rodger is a very mindful host and was quick to answer and help us. our arrival was made serene and easy thanks to his instructions and communication. the house was available from 1pm which is appreciated ! The house and its surroundings are just peaceful and gorgeous. The whole neighborhood reflects it. And the views are something ! The house is quiet, comfortable, spacious and usefultwo bathrooms, 3 bedrooms all with double comfy but not too soft beds, the kitchen has all the amenities needed (washer/dryer combo is a plus !) down to the coffee grinder. Our stay in Inverness was made beautiful thanks to that house and Rodger. Thanks !

Logement bien situé pour visiter Edinburg. Tramway et bus à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Instructions claires et Denise est très réactive aux demandes. je conseille fortement ce logement.

Great apartment, plenty of space, washing machine and dryer and clothes drying rack, kitchen, basically everything you need, and the best thing is the outdoor pool (plan enough time to heat it!). Recommended.

Had a great stay here for two nights. Amenities were great and we especially loved the kitchenette and hot tub. Bed was comfortable. Very easy to get to the ferry to Skye which is what brought us to the area.

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Matt has been the best Airbnb host. He has thought of everything. We will not hesitate to book again to stay here. Spotless, and well equipped. Really friendly and excellent communication from point of booking and throughout our stay.

Aimee is very friendly and a first class host. The accommodation is set to a very high standard . The accommodation is in a very peaceful area yet all amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend this venue for a great stay, we will most definitely be going back.

This will be our go-to stay in Edinburgh. Walkable from Waverly train station, Hollyrood, Royal Mile, Castle, Grassmarket, Princes St….like seriously so central. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for travelers & the fireplace was amazing after chillier than expected weather walking around exploring all day. It’s beautifully decorated & we felt at home for 6 nights! We actually loved the daily stairs as we came home having lost weight on vaca, lol! Thank you for your hospitality Lindsey!
