The host was incredibly cooperative and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The property itself is well-maintained and brimming with amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The ambiance of the house is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of several general stores that are open 24 hours a day. This made it easy to pick up any essentials at any time. Overall, this Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing view.

The unit is facing the pool which I liked. The pool is usually not busy and gets cleaned daily. The building has a cleaning staff working everyday, and the unit gets thorough cleaning once a week. The building staff are nice. The bed is comfy and everything worked well.

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Richard's place! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a huge TV. The scenery was breathtaking, offering beautiful views right from the balcony. The host was super responsive and helpful. The area felt safe and welcoming, with great restaurants and a wonderful park nearby. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

I was looking for a calm, peaceful, and inspiring place to recharge, and I was immediately charmed by the photos of Soulful House. The apartment is even better than in the photos, with a lovely view of the city. The place was very clean and had a pleasant scent, and the bed was also very comfortable. I loved the Japanese-style toilet; it was a very enjoyable experience. Hannah was very responsive and proactive in communications, and she provided good recommendations based on my needs. I will definitely return and I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Hannah, for this haven of peace.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten auch den Pool nach Absprache benutzen, da die Haushälterin aufpassen musste, fühlten wir uns nicht wohl, lange am Pool zu bleiben. Mit unseren Rollern konnten wir uns sehr gut in der Stadt bewegen, war gut erreichbar.

Das Gebäude ist sehr luxuriös und die Wohnung sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und würden wieder kommen.

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.
