Helen’s apartment was perfect for our week-long stay! The apartment is beautifully designed with modern decor that is both stylish and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The appliances were top-notch and extremely convenient—everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a reliable washing machine, was readily available. We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s well-equipped with all the little convenient details that make a difference. The view is fantastic, the couch is very comfortable, and the huge 4K TV was a great bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is also excellent—definitely a great place to relax. The only downside was a slight smell in the water closet rooms. Also, the location is a bit far from everything, and there aren’t too many good restaurants or cafes nearby. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay, and we’d recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing visit!

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Anh is a sweet person with good heart ~ the place is in a good location with walkable and “grab-able” destinations in downtown :) There is some street noise though if you mind. Just the norm for prob most accommodations in a busy city like Saigon

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights before we fly to Da Nang. We love the place, especially the surrounding area. Def a 5-star!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Land mark 81 is popular and very convenient and shprt walk from the appartment which located in Park 6A. Kitchen supplies are very minimum, so don't expect you can cook anything here. It was mainly great to heating up your take-away, or use the oven for a fresh crisp ' bánh mì'. There are lots of red ants in the kitchen area. It was a huge disappointment with the pool and gym access. I was running around,following Jennie's instructions to go see the receptionist with the name on the card and to register fingers prints for the pool. She also stated the gym in level 1 can be accessed by the card. At the end I got turned down by the receptionist stated that the owner of the apartment should understand the rules here, and the gym access needs the fingers print registration, too. Nevertheless I do appreciate Jennie's effort and assistance to let us use the pool twice with our 12 days stay, with advance notice.
