We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

Awesome place with amazing views and a great location. My friends and I loved it. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. Only thing we didn’t like was the entrance guard. They are unwelcoming and confrontational.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

I recently stayed at Mochi’s accomodation and both myself and my partner loved it! The room was very clean and great place to come back to after a long day out in Saigon. Definitely my comfiest stay on my Vietnam trip and would definitely come back.

Tommy is excellent host, I think. He nice and support us everytime we need. The house clean and warm. I love house's style. Its stay next to a delicious coffee shop but very quiet.

I had such a comfortable stay at this place. Exceptional view and golden location with heaps of shops/restaurants located in the neighbourhood. The place clean with minimalism decoration style. I did feel like home!

Hanah was a fantastic host, she was very proactive and responsive. The apartment was great, location is top notch being walkable to everything in District 1 and right across the street from Saigon Center. Definitely a recommend.

From booking to checking in and out, Ryan and Lyn were very helpful. They were so flexible allowing us to check out late. Their place is top-notch offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely choose DuoTori again if we need a space in D7. Thank you very much!

Amazing Airbnb experience! 🌟 Stayed over 5 days and loved every moment. Location? Absolutely perfect—Starbucks ☕️ and 7-Eleven 🛒 just steps away, making coffee runs and snack cravings effortless. Everything I needed was within walking distance—restaurants, cafes, and city attractions all super accessible. The gym 🏋️‍♂️ was an unexpected bonus; clean, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping my fitness routine going. The apartment itself was spotless ✨, cozy, and matched exactly what was promised online. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and excellent amenities made coming 'home' each day delightful. Communication with the host was top-notch—always quick, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, the host made sure everything was smooth. Overall, highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I genuinely can't wait to come back—already planning my next stay! 😊

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
