Wonderful house with spectacular views. Very peaceful location. Would make sure to arrive in daylight on first visit as last stretch of the road up to the house meanders up a narrow and steep mountainous road without rails and luminous sign posting. Holger, is an efficient and responsive host with a good sense of humour.

Beautiful accomodation, way better than described and exceeded our expectations. Set in an exquisite gated compound, you can find the much needed tranquility for a perfect stay far away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything you may need: walking distance from bars, shops, restaurants or beaches. We found Franck as an affable host always ready to help, regardless of the day or hour. We already know where we'll stay next time when visiting south of Spain. P.S. Thank you for letting us know about the weather in Granada, we would've frozen if going there on our own minds 😊

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Clotilde's beautiful property for 6 nights from Christmas to New years. The house met all our expectations! The spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone in our group, and the secluded, private location offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was well-equipped for our group. Clotilde was an excellent host, always responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The property itself is a gem—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate families and groups like ours. We truly appreciated the warmth and care that went into making this place such a welcoming home away from home.

The place was great, fantastic views - and Paramount homes was about as good as it gets in terms of communication, they really were amazing. Would stay here again. Really small thing, but if you're looking to play basketball, the court on the common property is broken, hopefully will be fixed at some point.

Good sized bedrooms, looks like the pictures. Came with ample starting pack (eg toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, etc.). Was a problem with the pool but Rems were very responsive on messages and sent someone out quickly. Was always 5-10 mins for uber to arrive, 20 euros into Malaga or 10 euros down to the front / marina, so recommend the location.

We were 2 families with 3 kids who spent a week in this fantastic place. the kids loved it and it has everything you can think of. Angela was very helpful, responsive and made time for us even when we checked in on the Christmas-eve. Since we had rented a car we thought this was very convienient as it is close to the motor way. There were bus stations very close by too but I can't say much about it. This is definitely a place we would come back to and a fantastic place to be. The pool was a bit cold for us during December but I can't imagine how great that would be in summer. Also, the street parking is free and abundantly available.

Sebastian's a great host. He's been very helpfu and replying swiftly to any question I've had. The apartment is clean and spacious. It's located at the edge of Marbella's old town and the center of it as well as the promenade and beach are only a short walk away.

Recomiendo al 100% la casa de Marina y Mike, ¡son unos anfitriones excelentes! La comunicación fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. Nos dieron instrucciones claras para la llegada y nos dejaron un regalo de vino y mandarinas, ¡gracias! El apartamento es amplio, limpio, con buena calefacción y un jardín encantador. La zona es muy tranquila, ¡no se oye un ruido! Perfecto para descansar del bullicio de la ciudad. ¡Ha sido una escapada genial! ¡Muchas gracias Marina y Mike!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is a stunning place with even more stunning views. 1 minute to the beach via an elevator surrounded both upstairs and downstairs with tons of restaurants. The house has everything you can wish for and even more. Amazing jacuzzi, grill, quality soundsystem around all the house and garden, a beamer in the garden. Lubomir is a great fast responsive host, on whatever time of the day, answers within 5 minutes. They even organized a small pool for our 3 years old daughter. She absolutely loved it too. Tip for the kids; Theres a little waterfall in the garden that from time little runs out of water due to heat so our daughter loved to fill it up with one of the toys again (a nice “toy” for them 😁). The deposit was released within a day. All in all amazing. Thanks again Lubomir, and Javier (who showed us around) - javier is a great guy as well!

José’s place is great! I would definitely come back. I stayed there with my family, including my 7months old baby. Very well equipped for a baby - and her bed was made upon arrival :) There were more than enough clean towels and sheets. My aunt slept on the couch and it didn’t feel crammed as there are 2 couches. The location is great - right on the water and very quiet. We visited a couple pf places on the costa del sol and Fuengirola was our favorite. It was also easy to find free parking on the street.

Wonderful long term stay in the apartment. Had plenty of kids toys and reserved parking right below was easy access in and out. Great location, walking distance to Parque Paloma and Arroyo de la Miel. Thank you for allowing us in your home!

heel mooi appartement als je luxe en rust wil. super mooi terras. in de zomer een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en niet aan de drukte van de boulevatd te hoeven zitten. schitterend balkon met vuurtafel en bbq. wij hebben hier met veel plezier gebruik van gemaakt maar in Februari te koud om lang te blijven zitten maar in de zomer geweldig. wij zouden in het vervolg in Februari iets kiezen wat dichterbij de boulevard zit maar als je luxe en rust wilt in de zomer is dit THE PLACE TO BE PRACHTIG!

Wir waren drei Erwachsene und drei Kids und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Vila Velo. Eugenio und Nicole sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Sie haben den Pool extra für die Kids noch weit in den Herbst rein aufgelassen. Die Außenanlagen sind toll und können alle mitbenutzt werden. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und kann auf der Terrasse die Produkte von Markt genießen. Zum Meer läuft man auf dem schnellsten Weg fünf Minuten. Danke für den Aufenthalt und die Halloweenparty für die Kids.

Jessica superbe hôte, bonne communication …..! Séjour très très sympa ! Bien sûr le petit plus le jacuzzi sur la terrasse ! La proximité d’une superbe plage avec un aménagement pour pouvoir effectuer de longue balades ! Ainsi que quelques restaurants où ils faisaient bons se poser,prendre un verre ou y manger ! N’hésitez pas ! Bon séjour !

Great location. Very quiet. Lovely apartment block... Very clean. Easy to get in. Very easy to access the center. We used taxi apps and always arrived within 4 or 5 mins. 10euro by taxi to beach. Very quiet at nighttime. Slight issue with air con but responsive host had people arrive to fix it quickly. Great spot would highly recommend m
