This is a 6 star property. Exactly as the pictures. If you looking for a serene, peaceful stay, villa praia is the place for you. I had stayed with my pet and the place is an absolute blessing for them. Lots of space within the property to roam and play. The beach is 4 mins walk from the property. The area is well lit and lots of places to eat and go out in an around the area. Lourio is a fantastic host, very responsive, very proactive. Not the forget Ranjit, the housekeeper, he was just a phone call away, very polite and helpful. Treat this place like your own and you will have a great time.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

good apartment just few minutes away from the beach

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat located very close to Colva Beach. The easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully arranged and thoughtfully maintained. The views from both balconies were incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The residency is calm and secure, with proper security measures and CCTV cameras, making us feel completely at ease. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back to this flat whenever we visit Goa again. We absolutely loved our stay!

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

This place was perfect for us to chill near Benaulim beach and also to do our remote work. The location is great, a walking distance from the beach and if you have a scooter you can get to the center in no time. Many good restaurants, beach bars, and massage clinics nearby. The internet is quite fast and reliable most of the time, which was a necessity for us. The location is private since the apartment is in a big resort. it's definitely very calm and you can sleep well here. We wish we could stay longer here. If we come back to Benaulim, we'll consider this place for a longer time for sure.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.

A little treasure for a peaceful stopover/ stay near the airport. A cafe right by the beach and house . Irlando arranged taxis for us to make everything easy

I had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful and tranquil Airbnb. The location is incredibly peaceful away from the noise of the city, it was exactly what I needed to unwind. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful place to stay in goa especially when you are looking the budget friendly stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant interior. Kitchen is well designed and you can find all the required kitchen utensils. We enjoyed pur stay here and hope to return. The location is perfect, clean and very close to the beach, checkin and checkout procedure was very easy, you can find the beach on walking distance.

Very happy with our stay. We were a family of 4 - having our own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and pool were perfect for our needs. Nice and clean. Thanks for arranging the cab to collect us from the airport. Miliana and the property manager were responsive. Happy to return. Apartment is only 5-10 min walk to the beach with plenty of beach shacks. Friendly locals in this nice quiet village. Such an warm welcoming host for a pleasant and relax travel stay

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. Lovely location at Luisa by the Sea. Beautiful gardens and river view from the villa. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, patio and east facing garden. Cleaning service 4/5 days a week with beach and bath towels provided. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Traditional decor in need of a little updating and the master bedroom could do with the addition of a wardrobe or more wall hooks for hanging space. We had a lovely stay. So much so we have booked to stay again. The host, Vikas, was very helpful with all our requests and enquiries.
