The apartment is cute and beautiful. Good option if staying close to Airport. The place has a very good vibe and we really enjoyed it. Nearby beach Bog Malo is also very good and we enjoyed it.

I totally loved my stay . The rooms were clean with good amenities. There is also a supermarket down, just in case we had to get anything. The host was very helpful and understanding . Would totally recommend.

It was a wonderful stay at the place overnight. The property is well-maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making us feel at home. From the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities, everything was just perfect.

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Himantika’s 2BHK Airbnb at Tata Housing Rio De Goa, and I must say, it was an absolutely fabulous experience! The balcony view was a delight, offering a peaceful and scenic vibe. The society is top-notch, with world-class amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and 24/7 security. The entire property making it a perfect getaway for both short and long stays. Himantika was an amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and ensured everything was in place for a seamless experience. Was a last minute booking but nothing short of a great stay with all the right amenities. The duplex layout was all the more great, especially with the study nook just by the window. Wanted something close to the airport, but easy access to other parts of the city. This, being near the highway, proved to be just great. Great hospitality by the entire team too, and looking forward to dropping by again.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

We chose this location as it was an area that my elderly mother was comfortable with. The house is big and spacious. Each bedroom has a bathroom and a ground floor bedroom was great for someone like my mother who finds stairs harder. The caretaker is a lovely young lad that responds the moment he gets a request. For longer stays like ours, I would add an electric kettle and check the cooking utensils and crockery. Praveen was more that responsive and flexible and went out of his way to respond. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Element in Morjim was absolutely amazing! The space was huge, with five balconies, beautifully designed interiors, and stunning murtis that added a peaceful and spiritual touch. The vibe was a perfect mix of boho and aesthetic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The attention to decor was next level—every corner felt thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and very serene, truly inspired by nature’s elements. The only minor issue was the mosquitoes, but we had a heads-up about that and managed fine. A special mention to Rahul, the host—he was really kind and accommodating, making sure we had a great stay. Overall, an incredible place for those who love spacious, aesthetic, and soulful stays in Goa. Highly recommend!

i felt a brother giving his house to stay. took the keys from watchman went into the home like its our own and everything was intact with all the amenities mentioned in the room as well as house exactly as shown in the photo. looking forward to book another trip in upcoming month

Noisy but you are in the middle of Siolim near everything you may need, breakfast and laundry included, apartment matching photos and worth the price

Had a comfortable and homely stay at Pavika and Siddhartha's aesthetically designed home. Amazing location, great recommendations made the stay memorable. My son Frodo particularly enjoyed sitting on the bed by the window and watch all the activities. We'd love to return and have recommended this place already to some of our friends!
