Great location close to city and cafes, perfect for short stay in Bendigo for the city area or further out with a car with parking provided and street parking also available.

Great location. Nice quiet area, and only a short walk to Bendigo CBD. Plenty of choices for restaurants or take away. The property was spotless and well maintained. There was plenty of room for the two of us. Communication from Annie was very good. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation.

We had a great time at Castle Motel. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

We visited Bendigo to see a couple of shows at the Capital and also to visit the Frida Kahlo exhibition at the art gallery which was brilliant (well worth visiting Bendigo for that alone). Annie’s place is lovely and very comfortable. The place has a great feel, with high ceilings and plenty of space. The beautiful lead-lite windows facing the street afforded great views. Very comfortable bedding in both bedrooms and the kitchen and bathroom are excellent and well appointed. Walking distance to everything, including some great restaurants and cafes. Nude Food for breakfast/brunch is awesome, and Ms Batterhams also brilliant for dinner (delicious food, cocktails and excellent service). We caught the train up to Bendigo, so easy walking distance from the station with luggage in tow was appreciated! Can’t really imagine a better location! Annie is super responsive and the check in/out details were clear and easy. We will recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks Annie!

A perfect quick getaway. The colour scheme is instantly calming and the entire apartment has been very tastefully put together. Very homely vibes with amazing art work, mementos of the Theatre and just a chilled atmosphere. Hearing the movie play next door was very cool - not too loud at all but reminded you of what a cool place you’re staying in. We will definitely stay again and absolutely recommend to everyone who says they are coming to Castlemaine.

This Airbnb was absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a beautifully maintained garden, bursting with vibrant florals and visited by native wildlife, creating the most serene atmosphere. Roberta’s warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The property itself was immaculate, with thoughtful décor touches that added charm to every corner. It was an incredibly peaceful retreat, yet just a short stroll from Castlemaine’s main town, making it the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We really loved staying at Juliet’s place. It was nice and private with plenty of space, and everything we needed to feel at home. It’s just down the road from the Theatre Royal and Love Shack Brewing to grab a bite and a few drinks, as well as plenty of other cafes and restaurants. Would love to come back again and check out some live music next time! Thanks Juliet for all your help making our stay so great.

We had a great stay, the property was fantastic. Instructions before check in made it very easy to find and access the place. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bendigo and we would stay again for sure.

We had a truly wonderful weekend, this house worked beautifully for us, we were in Bendigo for our son's wedding and our whole family were able to stay together along with our son's groomsmen and their partners. The house was really well equipped with basic supplies and we loved enjoying the home grown eggs from the hen's in the backyard, very special. The location was perfect for walking around town, going to restaurants and cafes as well as the cathedral! Our son and his groomsmen had a lovely morning getting ready together with lots of photos and memories captured inside and in the garden. Thank you very much Chris, it was fabulous staying your home.
