We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

they were very nice. even loaned me a chefs knife and some oil. let us pick some fruit from the trees. would recomend.

Fantastic Airbnb! The view was unbelievable, and the space was extremely private, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend both the Airbnb and the property management company looking after it. They were friendly, quick to respond, and happy to share great local recommendations. Would give 6 stars if I could. ⭐️

We booked this last minute just for one night and loved it. We were welcomed for a seamless last minute check in. It was so cozy and felt very luxurious for a small space. The outdoor bath was wonderful. I would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this tiny house in Wanaka! It's perfectly located—close enough to town for convenience, yet it feels like a peaceful countryside escape. Our host, Sally, greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly, providing heaps of0 helpful local tips. The tiny home itself was beautifully set up with everything you could possibly need—even hiking jackets and some lovely refreshments to enjoy with the view at the end of the day. The outdoor features were a dream: a stunning bath under the stars, BBQ, fire pit, and the cutest indoor fireplace to keep things cozy. We bloody loved staying here with Sally in her TT—couldn’t recommend it more.

Loved the peacefulness of your place! It is well located, close to many wineries, not far from Cromwell and half way between Wanaka and Queenstown if you’re after day trips. The outdoor bath is quite special under the stars 🥰, the view is really beautiful. Maybe one thing to mention is - it’s a uphill gravel road to get to the property. Thank you for having me!

A great spot to stay in Wānaka, located at the back of the property it was private and peaceful even with a number of airbnb’s on the property.

Loved staying at the cottage! We wished we could have stayed a week or more. It feels very private with lovely views. It was small but perfect for two people. Walkable to local restaurants. There is lots to do if you enjoy hiking & the outdoors. We took advantage of clear weather to enjoy the gorgeous stars & dark skies.

Had a great stay at Sana’s. Was provided with everything necessary, place was very clean and location was wonderful!

My goodness Suzie is such a kind and generous woman and an amazing host. We were showered with kindness, fresh eggs from the gorgeous chooks, produce from the veggie garden. We were both unwell and Suzie checked on us and offered any support we might need. The quaintist little Bee Hive place, cosy, comfy bed, lovely hot shower. Very close to Lake Hawea. We loved our stay as it had 5 separate family bedrooms with showers and a large kitchen and family room with a piano. This created a great mix of both private and shared spaces for our extended family and children. The house was reminiscent of a tramping hut with a long porch to relax on and was basic whilst having all we needed. This created a real holiday feel. We loved that it was so walking/biking distance to the lake and walking and cycling trails. All the family would be happy to go back and a great time was had by all.

Wins place is clean and quiet with a stunning view of the lake. Perfect place to stay if you drive. The location is also close to a bus stop that takes 10-15 min to the centre of the city.

I’m so glad I booked this beautiful little place to stay! It’s peaceful and quiet, super clean/ tidy and the bed is incredibly comfy. The perfect place to return to after busy days exploring the local area. Wanaka is just 15 mins drive down the road, which was very handy. It’s also a great spot for dark skies, I stayed for two nights and caught the Milky Way/ southern lights - magical!

Kirsten and Tim are wonderful hosts! My husband and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon and it was absolute bliss! Their cute and cozy cabin is modern and had everything we needed. Kirsten was so wonderful and helpful and made sure to check in with us and ensure that we had everything we needed and that we had settled in okay. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend. It is a cute, convenient and peaceful stay for two located only a 5 minute bus ride into Queenstown. Thank you Kirsten and Tim! We had a fantastic two night stay. The accomodation is fabulous with lots of personal touches and the garden and surrounding area absolutely stunning. We envy other guests that managed to stay for much longer. We would love to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

A wonderful place to stay in queenstown. Sarah was very nice and friendly. Great private space and easy to check in. Recommend for someone loves peaceful cabin surrounding with beautiful nature.

One of the most idyllic places I've ever stayed in! We stayed in the cottage in the forest for two nights and didn't really want to leave. It was so magical to watch the birds over a coffee in the morning. The kettle was whistling and the mocha pot was ready - perfect! At this point, a big thank you, Janey, for the good coffee and the milk. The "Waldhaus" is super clean and not only very well equipped, but also furnished with love. So many lovely little details. And the warm shower after a hike is so pleasant. Everything you need is there. The cottage has plenty of storage space for your luggage and anything you don't need simply stays in the car, which you can park in its own parking space just a few steps away. The accommodation was easy to find thanks to Janeys good description and perfect signposting. There are a few recommended hikes nearby. Exceptional!

The house was very nice and comfortable. The large kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and condiments and would be perfect for a large group. There were baby chairs and picture books available and the bedrooms were very spacious and relaxing. I would rent again!

This was my ✨favourite✨ airbnb unit out of all the airbnbs I stayed in while in NZ! It’s clean, modern well-equipped, well-located, has a great view and the cherry on top of the cake is a fantastic host like Vida! She was rly friendly, proactive in sharing recommendations and accomodating to our requests. I wish we’d stayed longer! Would return in a heartbeat; highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Wanaka :)

Great location a short drive/health walk to the lakefront of Wanaka. There's also a cool restaurant a quick walk away from the residence. Private and very tidy. I will definitely consider Scotty's place when I return to Wanaka!
