Benevento : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Küche um frischen Kaffee zuzubereiten oder auch ein paar Dinge für ein erstes Morgenessen. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche mit Duschmittel und war sauber und praktisch. Das Zimmer war relativ gross, sodass man die eigenen Dinge gut ausbreiten konnte. Der Ort ist sehr praktisch, da es sich mitten in den "Quartieri spagnoli" befindet und man kann vieles aus nächster Nähe und schnell besichtigen. 2 Punkte sollte man wissen: Die Fensterdichtungen sind wie vermutlich überall etwas leichter als bei uns und somit bekommt man den Lärm von aussen mit. Aber bei einem Städtetrip fällt man eh tod ins Bett, was somit nicht weiter stört. Das Bett war gross aber für mein Empfinden etwas hart. Aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die praktische Wohnung auch aufgrund der Preis/-Leistung erneut buchen.

La habitación está muy céntrica y cerca de la estación centrale lo que ayudó mucho, el acceso autónomo ayudó mucho para nuestra llegada y Pascuala muy atento a los mensajes, atento y resolvía bastante bien y rápido. Al estar en planta baja se escucha mucho ruido al dormir por lo que si tienes el sueño ligero podrá costarte trabajo dormir.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo meraviglioso appartamentino immerso nel verde di una piccola fattoria con simpaticissimi animali.. bellissima esperienza! tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e Ilaria è stata una host gentilissima 24h rigeneranti, super consigliato! torneremo sicuramente :)

We loved our time in Naples- Franco was so helpful. The location was excellent and the house everything we needed. franco was so helpful, booking a taxi for us to get to our trip early in the morning and to the airport too- thank you so much Franco!

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Naples in itself is crowded, noisy, and a-lot of litter in the streets. But once you look past all that its ok city to visit, if you do then this airbnb is the place to go.

Beautiful place! It was a great time with lots to do around the area. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Giuseppe's flat. It was the perfect base for a short stay to Naples, the bed was comfy and kitchen well equipped for cooking small meals etc. We loved the way the flat had been decorated, felt nice and airy and we loved staying there :)

Es un alojamiento limpio, cómodo, iluminado, cuenta con cocina y accesorios, es tranquilo y silencioso y esta pronto a la estación de tren y al aeropuerto. Los anfitriones tienen el hermoso gesto de dejarte bebidas de bienvenida junto con otros detalles que marcan la diferencia. Son anfitriones atentos a cada una de tus necesidades. Espero regresar a Napoli y de ser así contrataría nuevamente este alojamiento

If I could, I'd give Gianluca and his cozy place a couple more stars. Not only for its excellent location, but also for its very comfortable bed and all the appliances working perfectly. Gianluca was waiting for me and welcomed me with water, a nice souvenir, and various details such as sweets, pastries, coffee, and laundry products. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out, as I arrived early and only got tickets to the San Severo Museum on my departure day. He was always attentive to make sure I didn't miss anything and responded to my messages promptly. I will check first his place availability for my next trip to Naples

Antonio offre un appartamento con tutto l'indispensabile e il plus di una terrazza enorme e accogliente con una vista caratteristica sui tetti di Napoli. Il sole sorge dal lato della cucina ed è bellissimo seguirlo mentre illumina la città al canto dei gabbiani. Incantevole fare lì fuori colazione. Inoltre Claudia è stata gentilissima e disponibile a darci le chiavi in anticipo rispetto al check in e consentirci di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima esperienza, grazie!

Le logement de Luisa est très bien situé près du centre historique et de la gare centrale. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Point faible : peut être un peu bruyant le soir à cause du passage dans la rue. Luisa est une propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes : disponible, demande des nouvelles tous les jours, réactive aux messages, de bons conseils et flexible.

This is an architectural gem, and if you’re looking for that, you’ve found it. A grand old dame of a building, she is frayed at the edges but glorious. The roof terrace is a refuge from the frenetic vibe of the area- Naples as a city and everywhere between there and Salerno is go, go, go! Cars in Italy use horns as artistic expression, so bring ear plugs. We’re glad we chose this as staying in Naples itself would have been too intense, but Leopardi was ideal. Just a short train ride to both Pompeii and Herculaneum, also the shuttle bus to Vesuvius, not far to Sorrento. Fabio was very helpful and loads of recommendations, including La Bruna, home of wonderful pizza. The local area isn’t a tourist destination, but you’re not far from hubs with more services. Waking up to views of Vesuvius and Capri was wonderful.

Un grand merci à Mario, l’hôte de ce très bel appartement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et l'arrivée autonome est très pratique. Le logement est très spacieux et super bien équipé, de la climatisation au gel douche. Rien à dire, tout était parfait. Son statut de Super hôte est largement mérité ! Merci encore !

Giuseppe was very kind. He waited for us when we arrived on the train and showed us the short way to reach the apartment. The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. The are pizzerias, convenient stores, fast street foods, fruits and vegetable stands, cafe and bakeries close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Zona molto comoda super centrale. Ci siamo trovati splendidamente con gli Host molto disponibili. La stanza è piccolina ma accogliente, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Per due persone è perfetta anche se aggiungerei delle mensoline di appoggio in più (sia in camera che in bagno). Il phon come indicato era presente, ma se avete bisogno di uno potente, consiglio di portarlo da casa. In ogni caso, ci ritorneremo super volentieri. (ps. ci hanno tenuto i bagagli post check out, cosa molto apprezzata).

We stayed here for 2 days in February 2025 after 12 days in Annamaria’s casetta located on the same (very large) property, when we had an unexpected hiccup with our return flight. I cannot recommend Vomero enough as a location for a longer stay in the city and the B&B’s location within the neighbourhood is perfect, combining tranquility, views and easy proximity to shops and transport via funicular and metro. The room itself is very comfortable, on a separate level to the hosts’ own living area, and includes access to a generously-sized living room. Annamaria and Nicola are warm and gracious hosts in a city of many warm and cheerful folks. We would definitely stay again on the property.

Great stay in the best location for visiting the site of Pompei! The complimentary breakfast and snacks is a wonderful touch, and Antonio was very nice and helpful for our stay.

Gianni and his children were wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a great location and fully stocked with snacks. Let them know what time I would be arriving in Napoli and they made arrangements to have my room ready early. Great communication and easy self check in/check out.

Dario is an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His appartment is modern, clean, cosy and very comfortable. It has a great location- easy walk to the marina and boats and also to the Centro Historico. It was quiet too, which is quite something for Naples😉 I would highly recommend staying there.

Rosalba ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin mit viel Herz und guten Tipps. Sie macht ein hervorragendes Frühstück, ihre Marmeladen und ihre Kuchen sind ein Traum. Ich war rund um zufrieden und kann es nur jedem weiter empfehlen.

Appena arrivato sono stato accolto dal marito della sig.ra Chiara che mi ha spiegato tutto sull'alloggio e mantenendosi sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Mi sono sentito sempre a casa e ho avuto il piacere di intrattenermi in splendide conversazioni con loro che sono di una gentilezza, educazione e cordialità spettacolari. mi ha fatto piacere soggiornare da loro. appena avrò l'occasione ci ritornerò senz'altro.
