Lots of greenery and the perfect cosy perch amidst it all - that is what our stay at illuri farms was about. The cottages themselves are comfortable, well equipped (functional kitchen, hot water, refrigerator, ac for hot months) and oodles of privacy. Greatly recommend this. Location is very easy to find and still offers that secluded feel. Well serviced by online delivery and also close by to lot of things to do. There actually are a few folks staying for longer duration, a year as well! Lastly the people you interact with are fabulous…Poonam & Srikant, family and the beagles are around there if you feel like conversing and also afford you the privacy that you want. Absolutely loved the impromptu bonfire that we got invited to and totally enjoyed it. Perfect rating 5 for what we usually look for…a peaceful few days to ourselves. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

It is a beautiful place, and Srikant and Poonam are a lovely host. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate new year. Although this place is located within the city, the farm is quiet and peaceful. They have two very friendly beagles Kancha and Frida, we had a great time with them. The stay is beautifully designed and well furnished with all the necessary amenities. This is one of the best places if you want to enjoy a relaxing stay within the city.

We had a wonderful time at the Illuri Farms. Poonam and Srikant are warm hearted people and they were very welcoming. This place reflects their compassion towards nature and it’s amazing how this place is like a small village tucked in a city. This place is for people who enjoy the silence and appreciate the harmony of nature. If you are looking to spend a quiet evening but don’t plan to travel too far, this is just the right place for you. Also, Frida and Kancha deserve a special mention as they are absolutely adorable fur babies.

I found Sunny's place when I was looking for places near Bangalore airport. It was the best find I've had. His place is around 5 kms from the airport which makes it very convenient if you have an early flight like I did. Sunny is a very gracious host and was extremely helpful in getting us settled at his place. His house is managed by a caretaker who was very helpful in getting us dinner and a taxi for the airport. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided for.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet one-night getaway and Avani Orchards turned to be perfect for us. Mr. Pratap and Mrs. Ranjitha were extremely gracious hosts. Even before we arrived, they arranged a call to understand our food preferences. Upon conveying that my wife and I were gluten-free and vegan, they were more than ready to customise the food for us. The property itself is beautifully built and blends traditional architecture with modern comforts. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean, and made us feel at home. The lounge area outside the room had a cozy reading area, a chess board and a small balcony. We enjoyed strolling around the farm and listening to the sounds of nature! We also enjoyed talking to Mr. Pratap about his amazing efforts towards organic farming and sustainability, as well as Mrs. Ranjitha about her unique life experiences. They gave us great pearls of wisdom that we'll carry forever.

Archana is a great host. The property is very well maintained and cozy. The lawn at the backside is a great place to hangout. The food was good. We had dinner and breakfast, both tasted just like homemade. Overall we had a great experience! Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a private place for the group to get together

Lovely spot to unwind and get away for the weekend. The room itself is well-maintained and clean. It was just about comfortable, but bordering on warm. (This is in the rainy season so not sure how the summer months would be with the glass roof). The highlight for us was the 6 dogs on the property who are very friendly and well-behaved. Staff are super accomodating and the food is great! (simple and homely meals made well!) Ram was especially helpful! John (the on-site host) also cooked us a lovely dish, which my husband and I really enjoyed! Data and network connectivity was quite poor and the Wifi didn't reach our room. It's a large property but not much to do other than walk around and chill with the dogs (not complaining!) I suggest bringing sports/games like badminton, board games, books, or crafts to keep yourself occupied. P.S. It's quite close to the Bannerghatta National Park so it's worth planning a day there if you're coming all the way.

We recently stayed at this wonderful location with a group of friends, and everyone absolutely loved it. The greenery and calmness of the surroundings were incredibly refreshing. The rooms were neat, and the hall was spacious, making it perfect for our group. One of the highlights of this place is the ample open space where you can relax and have a great time with friends. But the best part was the food. Although we had to pay an additional fee per person for three meals and a snack, it was worth it. Everyone relished the delicious food. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely wonderful with such a cozy, beautifully set-up vibe. The caretaker, Vir, was a gem, always ready to help, no matter how small or silly our requests were. He was so kind and attentive, which made the stay even better. I loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful escape that's still close to the city.

Wish we had more time at the property, but enjoyed the evening we had. A great place especially for our pet who loves having open spaces to run around. The space has been designed very meticulously, and maintained well. The breakfast in the morning was just amazing!! And we also got some guavas from the orchard. Highly recommend this place! And hope to be back for a longer time:)

The place is amazing, I just want to let everyone know that, if you ever want a peaceful place on this earth for spending some alone time or your time with your loved ones, I really suggest this place. Especially the food is another level satisfaction. It is the nature, location, room and surrounding I want to talk about, absolutely heaven. I really appreciate the staff and the host. So 5 stars and it’s recommended to visit. Price to worth.
