Nice place, very spacious great place for bigger family.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

host and kuya charlie the care taker was very accommodating and responsive on time to the questions and request.. place is very perfect for people me who wanted to experience simple yet clean listing. Not a typical place… it is very recommended to bring your own off lotion or anything to stop having insects bite you as mentioned in the listing page as well. We’ll definitely recommend this place and other Host’s place.

منزل رائع و مرتب و أنيق و نظيف كما ان صاحبة المنزل سريعة الاستجابة لكن ينقص بعض الاواني في المطبخ اواني نظيفه موقع المنزل رائع بسبب قربه من الخدمات لمن يحب المشي الحديقة جميلة

Host is very responsive and friendly. The house is really great for big groups. A bit far away from City proper, but there are nearby stores that sells everything you need.

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

Charissa’s place was clean and pleasant to stay at. Complete utensils and other cooking tools. With complimentary toiletries and coffee and free use of towels. Both the owner and kuya Joey are very accommodating. Charissa was proactive in moving us to a different unit kasi group of 30 ung makakasabay namin para di gami gaano maistorbo, medyo maingay lang ung ibang guests na nakasabay namin and woke us from our sleep kapag dadating sila and aalis but understandable naman, hirap lang kami kasi panggabi kami and we were working there. Overall, it was worth what we paid for, great service! Thank you!

What a lovely home. It’s super comfortable and homey to house a group of 5 seniors. -Great location , very near to popular tourist spots and great restaurants - complete cooking and dining tools. We are able to prepare our meals - warm and very hospitable hosts - minor challenge was that the water from the shower wasnt hot enough but maybe it was due to the cool baguio weather Highly recommended. Hope to stay at their place again.

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

The house was very welcoming. My parents loved it so much that they wanted to stay more instead of roaming around. Ate Nilda was so helpful with our little requests and made our check out easy. Would love to recommend this place!

What i like Whole house is clean Complete amenities to cook and eat Wifi is decent Caretaker was very helpful Enough parking space for 3 big cars Minor caveats If you are driving a small car or sedan might be hard to traverse the last 200-300m as it is unpaved. owner has stated this in the description.

Tanya’s Place in Itogon was exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape! Surrounded by pine trees and beautiful mountain views, the location was serene and perfect for unwinding. The fresh air, peaceful ambiance, and cozy setup made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm that felt warm and homey. Waking up to birdsong and a cool breeze was such a treat. Our little one especially loved the space, he slept so soundly and had so much fun exploring! The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking and sharing hearty breakfasts with a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided, and Tanya was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. It’s a great place for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to reconnect with nature and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

Had a great stay at Joel's place. Very accommodating and approachable. Place is located near the city center. It was big enough for us and clean when we arrived. Amenities were also complete. Definitely recommended. Will book again with them.

The place is great, they are friendly and easy to talk with, and lastly what you see and read from there page is true. If we visit Baguio again we would like to stay here.

The place is walkable sa Burnham park, sa Night Market, and sa iconic session road. madali makasakay ng Taxi. Yun lang we are expecting na ganun talaga kalamig na di na need ng Aircon, pero need pang buksan ang dalawang Fan para lumamig, thanks for providing 2 Electric Fans! 🤩

Right ar the center of rhe cuty. Close to burnham park and a lot of restuarants.
