The host and caretaker were kind and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, so we had to drain and clean it before using it, which was disappointing since it’s one of the main features of the place. Second, the door didn’t feel very secure. Since the cabin is in the woods, it was easy to pry open, even when locked, which made us a little anxious about safety. Third, the water pressure was low, and the water heater didn’t work properly. It only stayed warm for about a minute before cooling down, so we couldn't enjoy hot water. Lastly, we had asked ahead about drinking water, and we were told it would be available. However, there wasn’t enough, and we had to make a trip to the store. Two empty water containers were there, and it would’ve been helpful if at least one was filled, or if we were told we might need to buy extra. Despite these issues, it was a great stay overal

Chadi’s place felt like home the minute we walked in. Everything is commendable — excellent location, complete amenities which includes parking space, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying here again!

The cabin was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. What stood out the most was the sunroof, it made the place peaceful with the natural light peeking at the top. We also appreciate the free rice and eggs. Bobby, ate Rose and ate Esmie were very helpful and accommodating. All in all our stay was perfect 💗 we’ll definitely book again when we visit Baguio again.

WOW! What a wonderful place! As others have said, BETTER than the photos. It’s a gem, hidden away. I loved the jacuzzi, it made for great mornings and evenings! They view was magnificent. The interior is wonderfully apportioned! Everthing you need, and many nice additional touches. So very comfortable and relaxing. The onsite hosts are adorable, so very happy and enjoyable. Very helpful, but not intrusive in the least! Parking is a little tight, but they are easy to work with. I was in a motorcycle, so no issues at all. Gated and secure. It is 15-20 minutes from “downtown” so transportation is a must. No idea if Grab or such is available there. But I do get the feeling the host can make whatever arrangements which might be needed. I stayed 2 nights, was on a motorcycle tour of North Luzon, but was tempted to stay more. I HIGHLY recommend this place, for relaxation and a pleasantly unique stay!

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️

We had the pleasure of staying and we must say, it was an exceptional experience. Albert, was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable visit. One thing that stood out to me was when I realized that I had forgotten my gold earrings in the room. Upon notifying Albert and his team, they quickly located the earrings, which I appreciated very much. The house itself was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, utensils, and glasses, making it easy for us to cook our meals during our stay. The golf course view from the backyard was also a lovely. Despite the many attractions and activities available in Baguio City, we found ourselves opting to stay in the house for most of our three-day stay. It was that cozy and comfortable. My 6 month old baby even had a very good sleep, thinking it was our home.
