place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

We stayed at Unit B. The unit was great and very spacious! Perfect for groups! The staff are very helpful and accommodating. If you decide to leave your car and commute, walking in the back area near Victoria's Bakery is the best option, as lots of taxis pass by that area. We are looking forward to staying at Lulu's place again when we travel back to Baguio!

The place looked even more beautiful than the photos. The caretaker was extremely friendly. Big house, big rooms and more than enough beds for all of us and big surroundings too! More importantly, walkable to session road, burnham park and more. We visit the city yearly, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the best place we have stayed at in Baguio. Highly recommended! ❤️

We arrived late which was kindly accommodated. The house is really spacious with a pool room too. Location is a little out of town but then that means its quieter.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, with a perfect view. Although we didn’t get to use all the amenities, like the fully equipped kitchen, everything was there for convenience. The roads leading to the location are a bit challenging, but once you arrive, it’s definitely worth it. Ms. Cathy provided clear directions that made it easy for us to find the place. Despite this, our overall stay was great, and the location offered the perfect escape with its serene surroundings. Would recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Holly’s place! Out of the nine options we considered in Baguio, we’re so glad we chose hers. From the start, Holly was an exceptional host—very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries. The location was easy to find, offering both privacy and breathtaking views of Baguio. It was the perfect getaway for our large group of friends. The listing was spot-on, with the photos and descriptions accurately representing the space. A big plus was that Holly allowed us to bring a pet with a minimal fee and fair conditions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property also had a caretaker who was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Holly’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Baguio!

The place is great! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person. It’s very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage cabinets. Even the utensils are high quality, which shows they really put effort into making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One small piece of feedback is that the pillows in the receiving area had a slight smell. But overall, the place is fantastic—well worth the stay! I will definitely be coming back

We had a great stay. The house is 20 mins away from the city center, secluded, that's why the Place is serene and relaxing. We will definitely comeback to this place when we visit Baguio.

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

Super nice ng place and very professional si Doc Tony. Maaga kame nakarating sa Baguio and pumayag siya agad na mag early check in which is very convenient samen and we dont need to wait since may bata din kameng kasama.

The location is very peaceful and picturesque. We have our prep wedding here and they are very accommodating. The owner is very responsive with our questions as well. Public transport is not an issue since it's near the main road
