Gareth est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans sa maison, l'endroit est très calme et offre de nombreuses balades aux alentours. Je recommande !

We loved it here! The views were amazing, and the home was comfortable and quiet. The pool area was gorgeous! Navigating the roads in the hills took a little getting used to, but Michaël provided great directions and we adjusted quickly. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the lovely town. There's a supermarket that's a convenient stop right on the way to and from town. We were glad we brought coffee and shampoo, as those were not provided. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

Mega schönes Haus, im Sommer, wenn Badezeit ist, ein Traum, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Trotz Winter konnte ich sehr oft in der Sonne sitzen oder liegen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, super ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Am Abend am Kamin, einfach wundervoll. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit ein Ort wo es Sonne gab. Und die frischen Zitronen direkt vom Baum, herrlich. Thomas ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat für alles eine Lösung, danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

This villa is superb! Very well and tasteful furniture and decor. Very stylish indeed! The heated pool was great and Christelle made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to meet her she’s lovely😊 Everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the villa is immaculate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed staying in Maxime's place over the Christmas holidays with our family! Thank you very much for the hospitality. The house was perfect for us with close proximity to the beach. Maxime's sister Annie made a great effort in welcoming us and decorating the house with a lot of attention for detail. Highly recommended!

Logement fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualités surtout le jacuzzi. Vite très amical et réactif qui souhaite du respect pour son logement et je le comprend car il est de qualités avec un prix abordable.

Ik heb het appartement voor de tweede keer geboekt en er komt zeker een derde keer. Het is schoon. Ligt op loopafstand van de boulevard. En je kijkt op het zwembad

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and came with everything needed and more. The location was breathtaking and is central to a lot of wonderful locations. Many thanks to the hosts for the incredible time we had. We cannot wait to book again

Murielle & her husband are very friendly. Met with me on time to receive & return the keys to the place. Instructions were very thorough… Will rent from them again.

Lovely apartment with a great terrace and very well equipped. There are some local restaurants and a Spar supermarket nearby. The terrace has the sun for most of the day, it is south east facing losing the sun by late afternoon about 5 pm. The apartment is on the 2nd floor enjoying great sea views and very close to the beach, one thing to note is that there isn’t a lift. Marine very helpfully carried my luggage up the stairs for me ( thank you!) We didn’t use the pool, we would have sun bathed there but there weren’t any loungers out. It is possible to walk down to the marina but it is a good 25 to 30 minute walk, there is a bus service but outside of July and August it only runs every 2 hours, we also found it hard to get taxis in the town and there was no Uber in the area. We did sample the local restaurants and all were very good.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

We chose this apartment for a few quiet days before we had up to a fairly hectic event in Valencia. This was a great base to explore Dénia and the surrounding area. We walked along the beaches, swam in the pool, followed the green way and looked around the town. The apartment is absolutely stunning and would easily have enough space for a family to stay in without tripping over each other. There's a supermarket, a couple of smaller cafes and some restaurants close by. The beaches and town are just a short walk away. Sophia is a great host and helped us out of an awkward situation when our onward transport was cancelled due to flooding in Valencia (October 2024).

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

Quartier paisible malgré la proximité des logements voisins. Belle vue, piscine très agréable, de même que le coin barbecue Intérieur fonctionnel.

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa! La zona es super tranquila y en coche era accesible a todo. Al llegar estaba super limpia y cuando necesitábamos algo nos respondían enseguida.

Virkelig autentisk spansk villa med patina. Fin ekstra seperat soveafdeling. Skønt poolområde. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i dette hyggelige hus 😀

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, der kleine Pool zum erfrischen war toll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von 11 Tagen einmal gereinigt. Der Fußweg bis Denia in die Stadt war mit 45 Minuten weiter als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Vielen Dank an Maria, sie war jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt.

Great place.. Exactly as advertised. Perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again.

El alojamiento es fabuloso. Tal y como se describe, y fiel a las fotografías. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila, junto a la natyleza. No hay ruidos de ningún tipo. Eso si, el recorrido hasta la casa a veces se hace un poco largo, pero es el precio a pagar por esa tranquilidad. El trato con Interpone muy bueno, ninguna pega con ellos. Recomendable al 100%
