Benitachell : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The private pool, peaceful garden with orange trees, and the cozy barbecue area made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. As an avid bird photographer, the nearby Pego-Oliva nature reserve was a dream come true. The stunning landscapes and diverse birdlife provided endless opportunities to capture beautiful moments. This location is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike! A special shoutout to Nando, who was an exceptional host! He provided a warm welcome and gave us a thorough introduction to both the property and the local area. His guidance made settling in seamless and enjoyable. The property perfectly matched its description, and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already started planning our next trip back to this wonderful haven. Thank you, Nando, for making our vacation unforgettable!

Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

Todo genial, el sitio es muy bonito y está muy bien cuidado. La casita está perfectamente equipada y tiene mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. Álvaro muy amable y nos recomendó lugares para visitar. Un 10.

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

Wij hadden een zeer fijn verblijf in Altea Hills. Het huis was geweldig en de jacuzzi was heel fijn. Het uitzicht op de zee en op de bergen is ontzettend mooi! Het contact met Eric verliep zeer vlot en aangenaam. Een echte aanrader!

Perfekter Blick aus der 24. Etage über ganz Benidorm. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, weil wir herzlich empfangen wurden, die Wohnung modern und sauber ist, ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört sowie absolute Ruhe herrscht. Zu Fuß ist es nicht weit zur Strandpromenade.

Pasamos unos días con la familia en casa de Vale y la experiencia fue estupenda. La casa es aún más linda que en las fotos y está completamente equipada. Todo estaba limpio, ordenado, en buen estado y la decoración se lleva un 10. El quincho es muy cómodo, está muy bien equipado también y el jacuzzi tenía una temperatura genial. El entorno de montañas parece una postal. Vale fue amable, nos recibió y nos despidió, nos dio recomendaciones de lugares cercanos. Fue accesible con el check in y el check out. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y si puedo, volveré!

Sitio tranquilo y silencioso, a la vez en el centro del pueblo y cercano al monte. La casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como si estuvieras en casa. El patio y las 2 salitas muy cómodas para jugar las niñas. Bien acondicionada con estufas, aire acondicionado, lavadora, barbacoa... Todo muy limpio y las camas cómodas. Aunque no llegamos a conocer a Amparo, ha sido muy amable y se ha mostrado dispuesta a resolver todas nuestras dudas.

Nos ha encantado la casa, acogedora, limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Las vistas increíbles, daban ganas de no salir para poder disfrutar de la terraza. David contestó rápido a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda para repetir, muy recomendable.

un fin de semana perfecto, el alojamiento es lo que buscaba,tranquilo y privacidad. teniendo muy cerca todo lo necesario para ir a la playa,restaurantes,ocio ,etc. Fernando es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. recomendando totalmente para ir a disfrutar y desconectar a la cabaña.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful villa set in beautiful grounds. Everything you could want for your holiday, will 100% be going back. The views from the gardens are amazing. So happy we chose to go with this villa.

Квартира находится в очень удобном месте - в пешей доступности магазины , рестораны, кафе и конечно , пляж - это самое главное и он шикарен . В квартире есть все необходимое - постельное белье , много полотенец, запасные подушки , одеяла , пледы. Есть много посуды для приготовления пищи. Микроволновка и стиральная машина . Квартира очень теплая , солнечная. Все просто идеально . Хозяйка очень отзывчивый человек , по первому требования все пожелания были выполнены ! Мы остались очень довольны , жили в квартире 5 месяцев !!!

Helt fantastiskt boende i ett gammalt charmigt hus som varsamt renoverats med massor av personliga detaljer. Läget är helt perfekt med en kort promenad från busstationen vart man kan ta sig med buss från Alicante flygplats (Alsa buss). Man bor mer eller mindre på gågatan mot centrum så det finns gott om sevärdheter och annat att upptäcka runt hörnet. Denia är en väldigt fin gammal stad med intressant historik genom årtusenden. Det finns mycket att lära om detta på Museet i den gamla borgen. Boendet passade oss väldigt bra och vi utnyttjade köket för matlagning vid flera tillfällen. Köket var väl utrustat och med många matbutiker runt hörnet var det enkelt att få mat på bordet. Jag upplevde inga nackdelar med boendet och siktar på att komma tillbaka fler gånger! Det kan inte bli bättre!

Great villa, nice and close to the beach and a short walk to the main town centre, everything as described. Pool was lovely, good size. The only thing I would suggest to the owners would be an upgrade to the beds/mattresses but this did not impact our stay negatively, we understand that things are replaced after a period of time, but maybe it's time 😀. Would not hesitate in recommending, thank you, had a great time

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved the villa - it was beautifully furnished, everything was clean and well looked after, and the pool and outside area was absolutely gorgeous. The location is ideal - peaceful and quiet but just a 5 -10 walk to beach / restaurants / shopping. Maria is an especially warm and welcoming host too! We’re already planning on coming back!

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Wij (mijn vrouw, dochter van 4 en ik) hebben enorm genoten van het prachtige huis van Katja en Kay. Het is een ruim, schoon en perfect ingericht huis, waar het je aan niks zal ontbreken. Het zwembad deel je met het andere huisje op het erf, maar het zwembad en de ruimte er omheen is groot genoeg dat dat geen enkel probleem is. Fijne bijkomstigheid van het huis is dat je je auto (die je wel nodig hebt in de omgeving) op eigen terrein achter een gesloten poort kan parkeren. Het huis ligt in een hele rustige wijk, waar je geen last hebt van verkeer of ander tourisme. Uiteraard betekent dat wel dat de afstand naar het centrum van Albir en het strand iets groter is, maar alles is nog altijd prima te bereiken. Wij hadden er geen last van in ieder geval. Katja en Kay zijn goede hosts die telkens razendsnel reageren op vragen (zelfs als je om half 7 's ochtends de code van het sleutelkastje bent vergeten:)) Dit huis is 100% een aanrader!

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

Un super logement dans une résidence paisible avec une splendide piscine équipée d'un bar. Il est situé à proximité d'une magnifique plage, et le centre de Dénia, avec ses nombreux restaurants et son charme à découvrir, est facilement accessible en voiture. C’est très agréable et facile de communiquer avec Carine et Marisa. Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines ! Merci

J'ai passé des très bonnes moments en Familles 👌à Jávea 📍🇪🇸, je suis super contente de revenir encore une fois à Jávea est surtout à la villa de Madame Maria 😍, accueille au top, aussi cette fois-ci Maria nous a préparé une grande Bouteille d'eau, et une boîte de chocolat 😍 pour nous souhaiter la Bienvenue. C'est super gentil ça ma touché vraiment 😍🥰, Maria est toujours actif sur l'application pour nous répondre au question est aussi nous aide, à chaque fois je lui contacte elle est la pour m'aider, je vous remercie par ici Maria, à recommander yeux fermés, à refaire , c'est sûr 😍très très heureuse est mes enfants pareille ☀️🇪🇸🏊 à très bientôt Jávea ☀️🇪🇸❤️
