La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

Een fantastisch huis met het allermooiste uitzicht over de vallei en het dorpje Parcent. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad!! Alles is superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij gaan zeker nog een keertje terug :)

Beautiful setting for the villa. Very private and peaceful. Our first villa experience , wanted something different than a hotel with our two young children. Was a great stay. We had a couple of queries during our stay and both Maria and Carlos were extremely attentive and helpful. Great hosts.

Una casa muy completa y equipada, el anuncio correspondía con la realidad y la zona era muy tranquila. Nos gustó mucho el jardín ya que estaba muy limpio cuidado y con todos los detalles. La entrada y la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido muy sencilla.

Mega schönes Haus, im Sommer, wenn Badezeit ist, ein Traum, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Trotz Winter konnte ich sehr oft in der Sonne sitzen oder liegen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, super ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Am Abend am Kamin, einfach wundervoll. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit ein Ort wo es Sonne gab. Und die frischen Zitronen direkt vom Baum, herrlich. Thomas ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat für alles eine Lösung, danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in La Casita. Een echte aanrader!

todo limpio y ordenado, zona muy bonita y tranquila para disfrutar, la casa muy bien sobre todo el exterior con la piscina excelente y la barbacoa, el interior también muy bien y hay de todo, por poner un pero las camas muy blandas y el televisor solo cadenas en francés por todo lo demás perfecto, volveríamos sin dudar

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

Daniel est une personne très sympa, il a su nous donner des conseils vis à vis des activités à faire en locale Le logement est propre et bien disposé facile d’accès et proche de tout Je recommande ce logement pour des personnes cherchant à visiter Alicante et les alentours tout en restant dans un environnement calme

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

La casa es absolutamente encantadora, bonita, limpia y acogedora. El jardín con jacuzzi y la parrilla para la barbacoa genial un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Nous avons passés 15 jours formidables ! Sylvain à été très sensible à notre bien etre . Sans parler de Giles et Gisèle qui étaient la à nos côtés afin qui nous manquons de rien ! Les photos et les descriptions étaient fidèles au logement Lieu propice pour passer d agréable vacances le logement est très bien situé, paisible : 800 mètre de la mer, commerces à proximité, la très belle ville de Dénia n est qu à 15 min en voiture. Bref vous pouvez y aller !!! En tout cas nous y retournerons Herve et Delphine

Es una ubicación ideal para tus vacaciones, especialmente con niños pequeños porque se tiene acceso a una piscina increible, con toboganes. Está a 300 metros de una playa kilométrica y con restaurantes y servicios cerca de la urbanización. El trato con Severine ha sido excelente, con abundante información . La casa es un lugar ideal para desconectar, sin ruidos molestos, etc.

villa was great. the pool is amazing and a great size. 5 min walk to restaurants. right uphill a great Thai buffet amazing and open late. left diwn hill then down side street takes you to the promenade where within a few minute walk there is restaurants. try 78 it's hot great food. loads of happy hours. Calpe is lovely. if you want to clim the rock try to book before you leave home as we could not get it to complete booking. aldi 10 minute walk away as is a mercado. for those who like to shop right round to the next bay and as far as you can go is the main shopping area. it's quite a walk if you are not fit but should only be around 10 euros for an uber. we loved our stay and would definitely go back

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

La casa coincide con las fotos, estaba limpia y el jacuzzi le da un toque especial. Es la segunda vez que paramos allí.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

A fantastic place to enjoy a peaceful time at the beach, everything in walking distance and in general the place was even better than what was shown with everything included and a really nice place.

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.

Pasamos dos noches para pasar las fiestas en familia y todo estuvo perfecto la casa está genial para dos familias, muchas gracias Julia por todo.

We have just returned from a month at the villa. Isabelle was very quick to respond when we were booking and met us at the villa on our arrival. She is efficient but also very friendly. We only contacted her once whilst we were there for restaurant recommendations but that was because there were no issues to raise. There are 2 small balconies which make the most of the winter sun. We will definitely be returning
