A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Nos quedamos solo una noche, la casa estaba súper equipada. Nos sorprendió muchísimo lo bonita que es y todo lo que incluye. Sin duda alguna volveríamos a alojarnos. Instalaciones de primera, ubicación muy buena y tranquila. Agradecemos mucho la atención que en todo momento nos brindaron. La recomendamos ampliamente.

Es un lugar amplio, limpio y en excelentes condiciones, hubo un inconveniente con la lavadora y el microondas, pero la respuesta de los anfitriones fue rápida y eficaz. Super recomendados!

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

El lugar es tal cual se describe. Muchas comodidades para grupos grandes. Alicia y su co-anfitrión fueron súper amables. Solo tuvimos un problema con la temperatura de la ducha, pues salía fría mientras los lavatorios salía hirviendo, pudo ser que no supimos usarlas. Pero de ahí en fuera, todo súper bien.

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

Super hôte, avons apprécié le logement, très propre, bien équipé, vue incroyable de l’immense terrasse sur la plage et la mer des Caraïbes. Toujours prête a offrir ses services et va au devant de nos attentes. Nous le recommandons avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Todo lo relacionado al trato del Airbnb, está perfecto, mi única queja es sobre el trato de algunos trabajadores del hotel, los cuales se inventaban reglas con el fin de acosar o menospreciar al huésped de Airbnb (el acoso fue porque un trabajador del hotel, nos había impuesto una regla sobre el tiempo de uso en el camastro, y haciendo miradas de despectivas, simplemente por el color del brazalete y paquete que habíamos adquirido). Todo el día fuimos acosados por personal del hotel para adquirir el plan alimenticio del hotel, cuando nosotros no estábamos interesados en ese plan fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto, me encantaría volver en un futuro, el trato estuvo excelente y solo por el chico que nos trató, volvería a ir, recomendado

una casa muy bonita es fantástica cumple con todo lo que publica y para aquellos que quieren la tranquilidad es la perfecta casa, así mismo tienes muchas carreteras cercanas para los diferentes puntos turísticos que gusten visitar

Un departamento impecable, con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. Un balcón amplio. La cama muy cómoda y el baño bonito.

El alojamiento cumple con lo que está anunciado, Andy fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvo atenta durante nuera estancia, es un lugar muy bien ubicado y la pasamos muy bien 😊

El alojamiento es pequeño, sólo fuimos 3 personas, pero considero que es perfecto incluso para 6. Tiene lo necesario y cerca hay varios lugares para comer e incluso walmart y sorina. No es tan cercano a la zona hotelera, está como a 35 minutos quizás, a la misma distancia de Puero Morelos. El aeropuerto esta muy cerca, muy temprano haces como 20 minutos . La pasamos muy bien, la estancia es agradable y Adrián y su esposa fueron muy amables. 100% recomendable.

Fantastic stay and overall experience! The condo is in a beautiful and safe (gated) area right on the ocean. A comfortable bed upstairs and a futon downstairs. Fans and AC work well. TV has streaming services. All necessary kitchen items. Luxurious view. Small space with tight loft- but was perfect for the two of us. The restaurant on-site is really good (open 9-9) and affordable. Great options next door also. The pools and lounge area were well taken care of. Elevator to/from room was quick. Head downstairs, walk through the pool area, and get to a clean sandy beach in minutes. Easily hop on one of the frequently passing red buses (R1 or R2) outside the hotel for only 12 pesos, and it takes you downtown. Same bus back. Karen was a friendly and quick communicator! I wanted a break from the typical all inclusive trips. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Schön, ruhig und für den Preis kann ich nur empfehlen. Rodrigo, unser Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner war hilfsbereit egal was wir gefragt haben und immer sehr freundlich. Wenn man kein Luxus will /sucht und nur Strand, Sonne und die mexikanische Atmosphäre genießen will, dann diese eine gute Option ist.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.

We had a great time at the Salvia Apartments! We only stayed for 5 days but made the most of it. The view at this place were stunning with high vantage point of the beach. It was a great access point for various activities like food, drinks, ports, and shuttle pick up. Highly recommend a stay with Nichole!
